Great place to pop in for a drink. They had live music when we were there and a food truck outside as well. They had plenty of seating, both inside and outside. The place was clean and well kept. The beer was cold and delicious with prompt service.

Love the atmosphere and the beers! They had an extensive beer selection. I love the option to sit indoor or outdoors. They also have food trucks to get a bite to eat. I went here two days in a row! lol service was pleasant, staff was knowledgeable about beers which was awesome because I had no idea what I wanted!!

Get your reciept!!! And check it! Stopped in to grab a quick takeout pack and was served by the Very nice, but sneaky sneaky blond bartender. After ringing me up she asked if I needed a reciept without offering me the card reader. When I said no, she pulled it away. Then I said " I want to give you a tip you didn't let me" and wouldn't you know it, there was 20% already added! I was going to be nice and give a tip but she hit the tip button after I said I did not want a reciept.Never saw such a sneaky, dishonest and probably illegal move before. She knows I caught her and I just said whatever ( would have given the tip anyway but being cheated is so low... So she gets a tip that I would have given and the place gets a bad yelp. Good for her.

We were looking for somewhere new to try on a rainy Mother's Day, so made the trek down from PA, and started looking for breweries. This place was really cool. The layout is a bit like a maze, but it allows for large crowds and ample seating, both in and out of where the action is. They had live music in the corner of the main bar area. The beer selection was immense, and there was definitely something there for every pallet. I'm an IPA fan, so I was able to try two of those, and they were both great. My wife really enjoyed her light lager too. My only disappointment was that the only bar food to be had was either pre-packaged stuff, or food from an overpriced food truck (not their fault). We will definitely be back!

Love the beers and atmosphere. Super chill place. Closest Colorado vibe. Recommend all of the double IPA- Blood Orange my favorite. Always had great service and they support local food trucks. I prefer day time weekend drinking but always a cool place to chill.

We discovered this place as a meet up with other friends and their kids. (We weren't the only ones with kids so that was nice haha) Fri night, super crowded. It's definitely popular. If the weather was nicer, the outdoor space could have been utilized but it was rainy and cold. The indoor space was great. The servers were friendly and helpful. They don't do flights on weekend nights which was a bummer but the beers we tried there were good. It was convenient to order food from the food trucks online. I'll def come back the next time I'm in town.

Great place to chill and the Funkhouse is playing 80's old school rap which is amazing!!! Live music in main taproom. Wish they had other drink options (local MD wines, etc.). Even if not a beer fan it's still a great place to hang.

What a great area. They have multiple seating options both indoors and outdoors . The ambiance was great especially with the music playing. Outdoor areas have games in certain places. The beer is flavorful and tasty depending on your flavor pallet. My friend enjoyed the cosmic lasso. They have non alcoholic options as well. Food wise we utilized the food truck that was there. For a price you can also rent put certain areas. The staff is very helpful in that process.

Best beer in Bel Air Maryland. They have it all on weekends, beer food and music. Everyone is very congenial lots of room to move around and sit.

We like the concrete and steel theme of Independent. The staff is always helpful. The beer is good. Let me recommend the Carpe Diem and it's variations if you are an IPA fan.It's kid friendly, dog friendly, bike friendly. They seem to always have a food truck.
