I recently visited Hunan Manor and had a shockingly great experience. The tangerine chicken was a standout--it was crispy on the outside with a tangy, slightly sweet sauce that wasn't overpowering, giving it the perfect balance of flavor. The chicken was tender and the breading was not overwhelming. As a nice bonus, we got free wontons served with duck sauce and really spicy mustard. The traditional Chinese atmosphere of the restaurant really made the experience special. The hot tea was the perfect touch to round out the meal.

Owners changed and after three more tries, I've given up and will never return. I'm sad that this place won't last. 1. Food was terrible: their famous supreme crispy egg plant is now soggy average eggplant. It's over battered and felt like I was eating a microwaved old deep fried eggplant. Everything we ordered just tasted like overpriced Panda Express. 2. Service is MIA: good luck getting any service here.. what happened to this place? It's understaffed and I have to beg for water In conclusion, I'm sad to say I'm never returning.

My dining experience with Hunan Manor Restaurant is for takeout out only; I never had the opportunity to dine in at the restaurant. The food is consistently good every time I ordered. Last time I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was delicious. The portions are pretty large. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are craving Chinese food.

1.16.24 Came in for lunch today as hubby had a hankering for hot wonton soup during this cold and snowy day. Unfortunately instead of hot, he got cold wonton soup and tea. Not to mention the restaurant and restroom was freezing cold. They must have wanted to cut down on the electric bill. My husband also ordered egg rolls and said that was the highlight for him.I ordered the shredded beef off the lunch menu, but instead of Szechuan style, got it in brown sauce. The beef was not tender and a bit chewy. I would have preferred more sauce on it. My lunch came with a spring roll and white rice, which were good.Although there are awards that adorn the walls, there are not any in recent years. IMO, the quality has gone down. There are better options in the area.

Great place for yummy chinese food. The servers are fast and knowledgeable. The food was very good and the sauces were amazing. The soups were fine but not as flavorful as some I've had. The food came out quickly and we had a lovely dinner.

I ordered tonight because I was staying in for the Holiday. I ordered something I haven't had a THIS place and I was totally underwhelmed and never experienced shrimp with lobster sauce like this before. The lobster sauce in other places is thicker and has pieces of meat swimming in with the jumbo shrimp. This was more like a soup than anything else. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. The fried rice seemed off as well and I was hungry. Think I will go somewhere else next time and try for an overwhelming experience.

I made an online order and the wait was 80 minutes. I received a text saying my order was ready after 80 minutes so I drive to the restaurant to pick it up. Then I wait in a long line to talk to anyone and when I get to the front, I tell them I got a text saying my online order is ready and they didn't seem to know anything about my order and said it will be another 45 minutes. The food is so not worth it at all. They wasted my time completely.

I was in the area on business and found this place on yelp. I do not normally eat Chinese food away from home as each geography has its own style of Chinese food and I usually don't care for anything outside of New England or New York. The restaurant looks like it has probably been there for quite some time, but has been kept up and has the look of a classic Chinese restaurant not a generic location I was quickly seated and served a pot of hot tea and a glass of water without even having to ask I ordered the egg rolls for a starter and then the tangerine chicken for the main course. The egg rolls (2) came out very quickly, which made me nervous however they were piping hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside They were different than I am used to. They appear to have been stuffed with shredded white cabbage and perhaps some minced pork. They were very good. The main dish came out shortly there after and was very plentiful The chicken was piping hot with a crispy exterior and juicy tender interior. The flavors were similar to orange chicken but a little milder. The dish had a little kick to it, but not much. It was served with white rice. As I was eating, I figured that I would take the remainder to the office in the morning for lunch, however before I knew it, I had eaten the whole dish as it was that deliciousThe only thing unusual about this restaurant was that the dessert menu look like it belonged in an Italian restaurant with items, such as spumoni, cheesecake and tiramisu. I did not order dessert.Prices were reasonable, particularly for the quality. Service was prompt. I will likely return on a next trip to the area.

The first time my son and I went (a Saturday), we had to leave; they were so busy they never came to take our order. I haven't been back on a Saturday, but carry out is very hectic on Sunday after five. I usually get carry out and love their Singapore Rice Noodles, but have also tried Moo Shi pork & Hunan Chicken and like both.
