Pls. bring back your buffet service. It was how we found and loved you. Our introduction to your cuisine (and how excellent it is) was through our hunt for a new international buffet place to try. We love the the customer service as well from those times we were there a few years back.

The only Iranian/Persian restaurant that has a traditional stew for vegetarians; i always get their Bademjan and it's delicious and actually very similar to homemade Khoresht Bademjan: i'd die for the abundant sour grape in it. I also had a spoon of my partner's Fesenjan to try it and it was also really good and flavorful. The priced are fair and better than other Persian restaurants around in the area. They also generously give bread which isn't a typical trend for persian restaurants. Lastly their akbar mashti ice cream and bakhlava were on point as well. Highly recommend s this is my favorite Persian restaurants around.

On this visit I stopped in after work for an early dinner and had a salad, humous, and salmon with rice. The salad I was afraid to eat, it was truly a raw salad which I guess I didn't notice based on the description. I decided not to eat it. I wasn't in the mood to explore with a raw onion and highly fragrant greens this evening. The salmon and rice was fair. I expected to be overpowered with robust Persian flavors but I wasn't. Keep in mind, I've never had Persian food before so I didn't know what to expect but this was bland.Perhaps I'll return with someone who knows what to order :-(

I'm a huge fan of Persian food. The staff at this location is extremely nice, and seem like they have untapped potential--limited by moral. The ambiance of this establishment needs upgrade. Hummus is a bit too salty and needs work. This establishment will qualify for a certain TV show. I will like to see this place improve. Emphasize: they have great customer service.

I ordered the the Lamb Shank and Chicken and Koobide (ground beef) for takeout. The server was very nice. The food was delicious. The lamb was so flavorful, along with the Koobide and chicken. The lamb shank was also cooked to perfection and was fall off the bone. The food also came with Mast O Khiar, which is a yogurt with cucumbers (similar to Tzatziki or Raita) and naan. One entree was enough for two people in my opinion, but I'm glad I was able to try both!

I've opted for delivery from here a few times in recent months and have been very pleased with the food. The eggplant is delicious and the fesenjan was flavorful. The tahdig was a bit dried out, but I would try it again. Delivery has been prompt and friendly. Much appreciated!

My family used to go to House of Kabob whenever we had a special occasion before COVID hit; our hobby was finding every Persian place in the area and going to them. We always had our Iranian relatives drive down from Philadelphia every so often, we took them here once, and they always raved about this place and said it was one of the most legit places they've been to on the East Coast. Our go-to was the buffet, because you could have multiple stews at once and get a cup of ash reshteh on the side, versus if you ordered an entree you couldn't have as much variety. If you're not used to Persian food you can get the best of everything and try some of the most iconic dishes (from the kabobs to ghormeh sabzi/fesenjan to shirazi salad). I really liked their ghormeh sabzi, would always load up on that and the shirazi salad. Food on the buffet was always hot and they'd put out new containers of food when a certain dish was running low. Also like that they separate the tahdig from the regular basmati rice; lets me load up on the good stuff. Took a friend who's not really into quote-on-quote ethnic food here and managed to convert her to Persian food with the buffet. Now she's addicted. In the back there used to be a little supermarket of sorts where you could buy Persian goods. Not sure if it's the same way nowadays, but we used to always get some goods before we left along with newest Farsi newspapers they have at the front. These days we tend to go to Moby Dick for kabobs (MB is cheaper for a kabob entree, to be honest, my sister would get the joojeh chicken at House of Kabob and we'd pay like $16 for a plate. Moby Dick you'd pay ~$14), since my father swears on MB's kabobs. Personally, I like House of Kabob's better. The decor of the place has also been the same for as long as I've been going here, which has been a very long time. It's been exactly the same since I was a child. Just a fun fact I've noticed throughout the years.

Amazing food. I had it delivered so can't speak about the actual restaurant but everything was fresh and remarkably delicious! The majority of the dishes appeared to be made in house. The feta was soft and creamy, the lamb was grilled just right and the Olovie Salad was the sleeping hit. It's the best chicken/potato salad I've ever had. I'm gonna bring it to my next family BBQ. Definitely recommend this place. I will be a regular. The grilled tomato that comes with the kabob was a surprisingly tasty treat!
