This Hip Hop Fish & Chicken location is similar to the other ones I've experienced throughout Baltimore. It's typical to be a hole-in-the-wall and this spot is definitely no different.The customer service was pleasant. I ordered my usual, which is 3 wings and fries with a half-and-half. Both were on point and to my liking.

Omggg what a way to start off my review. I mean that in a good way. I was getting my car serviced across the street at the Kia Dealership. I had a craving for some Catfish nuggets. It did not disappoint. The seasoning they used had a really good flavor. Nice and crunchy texture. I also purchased four wings with it. It also came with fries and coleslaw and bread. I even loved the coleslaw. Everything was pippin hot and I didn't even need to add my hotsauce. This location food taste better than the food at the Glenburnie location. The next time I'm in the area. In need of fried comfort food. Would definitely stop by.

Food was good. Cooked to order. Service was a bit slow due to understaffing issues but overall the restaurant was not busy at all . Plenty of seating available on a weekday evening. I tried the waffle and wing meal. The chicken was a bit dry but flavorful and very crunchy . The waffle was big and fluffy. The environment is ever calm and relaxing perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch .

I spoke w the nicest person when I called my order in last night! She was so kind and pleasant, and in addition to that, she made sure to confirm my order back to me as well as to make sure I knew the location. I had never been to this particular HHFC before but happened to be in the area and decided to grab some quick carryout to take back home. I wish they were closer, I would go to this particular store all of the time! And besides the exceptional service, my tilapia and chicken breast were perfect, even after it took me almost an hour to get home.

They must never CHANGE THE OIL It stinks up the whole neighborhood. Most people who people eat there limp up, coughing and choking on their own flem and are in terrible condition. Legs cut off from diabetes and the whole nine yards. DEATH FOOD

Ordered catfish nuggets and chicken tenders with some legs added. My catfish tasted like mold. Wont even refund my order. They also don't listen to online orders when i say no hot sauce only bbq. The chicken is the only reason i gave 2 stars

Terrible Food Order at 10:55 amThese are supposed to be catfish nuggets They are NOT! This are super thin pieces of perch with gray skin on one side and white skin on the other side (perch fish). Texture of the fish was JUST LIKE PERCH and NOTHING like CATFISH. I actually grew up on perch, so I definitely know what I was tasting; likewise I cook catfish on a regular for my family. The owner REFUSED to make it right when I called to address the issue. He would not offer to corrected the order or provide refund. Sad part is I was met with him touting how he has been selling this for 15 years ... -sad that he's been cheating people just that long apparently. Perch is one of the cheapest fishes I've eaten. I like perch but it is not what I ordered, nor is catfish and perch priced any where near equal in value in the market. With that understanding, he's making a very decent profit to pass this fish off as perch off on unassuming customers as cat fish. The pieces were extremely thin and mostly batter. Chicken was hot and seasoned well, but had a old taste that wasn't fresh "day old taste" it was at 10:55 am ... so that's concerning. Likewise, the texture and look of the meat it like refried old chicken being that it was hot but had an old taste ... I don't know how else to describe it. -I did not finish my meal nor did my husband. Buyer BEWARE I would not suggest one patronize this establishment as the food quality is not up to par, you are not getting what you pay for with ordering catfish nuggets , they are cheating and lying to their customers , and owners had not regard to making right of the problem of not receiving the product we paid for not being happy with the quality of the food. Nothing was offered and they were not wiling to do anything. This definitely could be you if you have an issue with your order.

I will NEVER eat from there again! The cook blew his nose and I told him to wash his hands he refused stating he put on gloves while laughing. I demanded my money back.He thought the shit was funny but,let's see just how funny it really is when the Health Dept enters the building.Dirty bastards!
