Hill's Seafood and Crab

They act like they rolled over on the wrong side of the bed sometimes ...crabs aren't even that meaty for them to be acting like that

It was a Friday night and I decided to order take out. I figured since I was in the area I would try Hills Seafood. When I arrived there was a short line out the door. I got excited because I figured the food would be amazing. I love crab cakes so I figured I would order my usual. The crab cake without the fries came to $6.96. The crab cake was fried hard and it was very salty. Maybe next time I will try something else on the menu. Most of the sides are fried options except for the slaw.

Let's make this short and straight to the point. Called on 7/27..ordered LARGE MALE crabs.Paid about 60.00 (total w/tax).Received female crabs. Also I have about 3 crabs left. The biggest one that I attempted to eat was mushy.Now this is my second time patronizing this establishment..the first time I ordereda dozen from there and I received 11 crabs.So the point being..check and count your crabs before you leave.This is not my preferred spot..just a back up

This was not a good day for this Carryout. I've Been here and had better. But today my wings, fish, shrimp and potato wedges all taste like the bottom of a unclean deep fryer. The extra star is only because I've been here before and had better. The chef must be on Spring break.

Stumbled across this spot on my way home from work one evening. Just wanted 1/2 male crabs. oMG... delicious! I should have got a dozen. They were hot, seasoned and meaty!!!! There wasn't one bad crab in the bunch. All orders are made to order... so be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes or just call ahead. Went back this past weekend and they did not disappoint. We also got some crab legs... scrumptious. Next we'll try the shrimp. Their menu is huge. They have all kinds of seafood platters. Check them out!!!

I visited them 4 different occasions and the 4th visit pissed me off!! They sold me a bag of small crabs when I ordered Medium. They had the nerve to cover them with a few actual medium crabs. Until I got home and dump them out. $72 for some small and gritty crabs.

2nd time within 2 weeks ordering crabs!!!! Definitely my new go to for crabs!!!! Crabs extremely meaty and heavy. Ordered large and xlarge first visit, and we could not finish them!!!!! Owner and cashier were very helpful and pleasant!!!!

Steamed crabs were huge and delicious. They had the perfect amount of seasoning! And although very busy the lady that helped me was pleasant and friendly.
