Harris Crab House & Seafood Restaurant

Friendly customer take out service I must say. Food smelt promising. Got snow crab legs with side of melted butter. Was disappointed that it had no seasoning on them and they seemed a little stale. I did love the hush puppies, they were delicious, couldn't stop eating them. I could be wrong?

Food was adequate. Nothing special however, prices are high pay $28 for salmon that may or may not have actually been salmon. No skin on it and some glaze on it. Not impressed. I had the fish and chips. They were adequate. Something you'd get it bar for I 5.00 , here I 20.00.Server was pleasant but seem to be in a hurry .I will not return

We stopped by our fav crab house when we went to the Annapolis boat show. Harris has a beautiful view of the waterfront and a spacious indoor dining area. It's got some of the best crabs in the area when you're craving some Maryland blue crabs. The crabs were meaty and sweet with the perfect amount of seasoning. It's a fun experience for anyone who hasn't used a mallet and just overall fun for the family. The bloody mary is an absolute must! It was surprisingly good with the shrimp and crabs. We tried the oyster sampler which was good. Our fav was the oyster imperial. We also had ice cream and did not realize how big the nutty buddy was! However, it was hard as a rock, great for a hot summer or to grab and go.

Lindsay was a great server. Very friendly and attentive. The bar guy was very nice, let me try a couple of beers. Great draft selection. The place is large with inside and outside seating. Private parking lot.The food. Started with fried calamari with a green sauce. Looked funny but was very good/different.Beef brisket was good. Lots of BBQ sauce.Rock fish broiled sandwich was also good.French Fries with each lunch. Fresh and addicting.Would go back and also recommend this place.

So we were heading home over the bridge and decided that we wanted to get something to eat that we have never had. I looked on yelp and found this place Harris crab House. We were very very impressed with the customer service with the food itself and the food quickly came to us.Some places are hit or miss and this place itself is a hit. I can't see them doing any wrong because literally the food was so delicious and all of the servers were kind. We will definitely return the next time we cross the bridge

This is a waterfront seafood restaurant with no frills. A table on the second floor by the windows gets you a nice view of the water. The food was amazing. Service is attentive and friendly. Harris Seafood Basket $59.95Half Pound Shrimp, Dozen Cherrystone Clams, One Pound Mussels, 6 Steamed Oysters, 3 Medium Crabs and Two Ears of Corn. - I would get this again in a heartbeat. It was so good!!Spicy Bloody Mary - Very good, but I would skip next time so I can focus on just the food.Cream of Crab - If you like clam chowder, you'll love this!Crab Cake Entree - Opted for the 2 Crab cakes and steamed. It was so so so good. I chose potato salad and coleslaw as the sides, and they were delicious as well.

My family had a great meal and our waitress, Barbara, was very attentive to us, including our special needs son and indecisive tween daughter. The only issues was an extremely rude customer who ate their tray of oysters and said they weren't up to snuff or something (but they were all eaten) and they refused to pay for them, called our waitress a profanity and didn't tip her... kudos to her for handing in stride.

We went to Harris' expecting to enjoy their advertised lobster tail special, which they promoted on Facebook as running until 2/17. When we arrived, we were told the lobster specials wouldn't start until after 2/17. After showing the manager the Facebook post, she responded, "Oh no, we don't have lobster until after 2/17." Disappointed, especially on our wedding anniversary, I ordered something else.Fast forward to today (2/13), and they're once again advertising the lobster special until 2/17--this time even posting a live video featuring lobster tail and lobster mac & cheese. Complete false advertising.I voiced my opinion on Facebook about their misleading promotion, only for them to delete my post and unfollow me! As a loyal, local customer who has dined there multiple times a month and brought visiting family members, I find this completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, after dining there, my husband and I both went to bed with horrible stomach aches--and the only thing we both ate was the cream of crab soup.I will never eat at Harris' again.

Wilted salad and dry and very very salted shrimp. When I go to a restaurant and have worry about my health even when I order healthy and then have to pay so much money, it's very upsetting. I don't like to give negative reviews but I was so unhappy with everything in this place.

this place was horrible oh my... we drove an hour and a half because we've heard so many great things about this place, just to find out they were out of crab. we then ordered the lobster pasta, and they were out of that as well. our server recommend we order the mac and cheese, and then comes back saying they're out of that. we then try to order the pizza without the corn, and they said they're unable to do that 20 min after we placed the order. our server was a very nice lady, but only checked up on us one time at the very end when we had finished all the food, while she was checking up on the other tables multiple times when we were there. she then charged us for garlic butter that we requested, but never received. our drinks were all empty and received no service throughout our meal. safe to say we will never come back here again and this was a birthday dinner well not spent.
