I come here for the Chicken Pad Thai, which is kinda a secret menu item. It's not on the paper menu, or online but it's taped to the carryout window inside and you can call and order it. (Other protein options available also.)Pad Thai is different just about everywhere but this is a decent, quick representation that is not spicy, which a lot of Chinese carryouts serve it up too spicy for my tastes. This is just an enjoyable large portion.I also like their egg rolls but that's an easy one.

We order one time a year from Happy Garden on Christmas Eve as a family tradition. The delivery is fast, the food is delicious, the pricing has increased over the years but we only support there business one time a year so no big deal. Lo mein, fried rice, egg rolls, and beef and broccoli are always excellent! We will continue the annual tradition.

The food was OK. Pretty much standard to this type of establishment. Nothing to write home about really, but it wasn't bad. The service is not friendly at all (at least not to me anyway). I ordered online and picked up inside. The guy behind the glass partition acted like I was bothering him while I was just trying to pick up my food.

The food was meh. But I had 2 plastic ends (soy/ duck sauce packet-ends) in my wonton soup. When I called the restaurant to get my $ back NO ONE spoke english. They couldn't even understand what I was telling them! PLASTIC IN MY SOUP!F this place!

Got the beef and broccoli and it had a funny taste to it but it was still good and I ate it all. Pork fried rice is awesome and the egg roll pork roll is very very good. You can take as much as you want of the duck sauce and soy sauce because it's right there at the window!

I work nearby and we had ordered for the whole office (16 people) shortly after this shop opened. I was impressed with not only the speed of their delivery, but that the entire order was complete and accurate.Went back today by myself for another try. My carryout order was ready before I walked in the door. I ordered Hot and Spicy Beef (see pic). I liked that they used a 2-piece plastic container with top for the carryout meal instead of the usual styrofoam tray with attached fold-over lid. There are five or six tables here if you choose to sit and eat your meal. The shop is clean and bright.

Located not too far from the movie theater, I decided to stop and get some spicy shrimp fried rice. It's plenty of a parking shared with some of the nearby shops. The establishment was well lit, clean and prices seem reasonable.My unhappiness lies in the flavor of the food. You know it's a sad day anytime you throw chicken wings away. The fried rice was not spicy like I had requested and I had made it home and nothing could be done. Some parts of the rice was dry and other parts seemed clumped and gummy.I'm hoping that I visited on one of their "off" days but it's now on my one and done list so I'm unwilling to give them another try.

I'm here in Baltimore on sort of a layover. I wanted a lobster roll but no lobster rolls in the delivery range. So, I chose Chinese Food instead. Very glad I did. Happy Garden was a pleasant surprise. I got cashew chicken combo (comes with fried rice and an egg roll) and to meet the $12 delivery requirement I got the old standby, chicken chow mien. I'm from California and this was a different chow mien than I am used to, It was good though. And they did not skimp on the cashews for the cashew chicken either. I enjoyed my meal. If I come back this way I would order from Happy Garden again.OH...and no problem with the delivery driver either (Who cares if they don't speak English. They're just delivering what you ordered. Call the restaurant. and give the guy a decent tip.)
