Ok so I'm here to tell you all... they are not lying about how good the food is! I got invited to this place on Saturday from a friend who goes there frequently during CIAA because it's in Baltimore. I didn't realize how close I lived to this place. I literally got there in less than six minutes. But whoa have I been missing out on this good food! I had never eaten there before but was starving and didn't know what to get. I had tried my friends earrings and they were really good and she told me that she normally gets a chicken Caesar wrap which was really good too. I ended up getting the buffalo chicken wrap which I can honestly say was the best one that I've had in a while. As a group, we also got chicken quesadillas, which were also equally pretty good for it to be bar food. Not to mention all of this stuff was cost-efficient in decently priced. Now I will admit it is on the smaller side in there, but for the food it's worth being a little cramped lol

This is four stars for the business 3 stars for the trivia. The trivia was so hard to hear - the music was still roaring and we couldn't hear or focus. This was my second time in and the staff is so friendly - they serve crushes in a giant pint cup and will give you water in a pint too if you ask. It's definitely a neighborhood row home dive bar at the end of fed hill. Parking is a pain unless you live in the neighborhood. Honestly their buffalo chicken salad is more like buffalo nuggets on romaine lettuce with carrots and celery - I loved it. Their tater tots remind me of bite size McDonalds hashbrowns. It's a homey divvy bar.

I have been coming to Hair of the Dog for a long time and although it has become so much busier over the years, it still feels like a neighborhood bar. The bartenders are great, like really so kind. The food is good, especially the tater tots and the buffalo chicken salad. They have fun events like trivia, and plenty of TVs to watch ALL the sports on. And I love that they are dog friendly! By far my favorite bar in Baltimore!

Best bar food I have EVER had. Few places wow me, and this certainly did! Usually bars cut corners on their food since anything tastes good to drunk people, but I can confirm that I was still sober when I was eating their food, and it was tastebud heaven. The staff is so attentive and they clearly care about the quality of the experience. Cozy little establishment!

The owner was really chill. They do not have an indoor dining area available only outdoor seating. They have $7 crushers (which are drinks in quart containers that you can take to go) you can choose from many different drinks. I decided to go with the mojo to but it was not good at all. They used spiced rum and not real mint I think they used Creme of menthe...it was really bad. Down the street in the main Ave they sell crushers for $5 and the location is more alive in the other locations. They gave my dog a treat but I wouldn't return.

A dive bar that is furkid friendly. Type of place where get a social bartender that talks to you like a regular. Food is standard bar fare. Have what you expect for beers nowadays. On weekends do a bottomless drink for a little more than what 2 drinks would cost you. Have not been here for ravens game but judge would be lively both before and during.

Great local bar with a friendly staff. They happy hour frankly cannot be beat. It's cheaper than drinking at home and you are surrounded by a fun atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone trying to catch up with friends. Perfect spot even to drink alone.

(4.5) - I gave it a five because we haven't had a bad experience, it's not a knock your socks off kinda place, but that's not a bad thing. Good place for bar food. If you are a chicken tender fanatic like myself, this is a good place to go. The drinks are good, the pub food is good, it's a solid neighborhood bar.

Very impressed with the rebranding is this bar. I went for brunch - great price for what you got. Best potatoes I've ever had! They also had amazing Booze specials. The coffee was so so, but hey, they are a bar, I should of ordered a Bloody Mary.

This bar has no care for human life in the middle of a pandemic. The first night that outdoor seating is open- where there are still strict limits with social distancing and staying in small groups, staff and customers are not only breaking this rule, but posting it on social media. A group of 20+ all gathered and not a single mask. I will never support a business that doesn't value people's lives!
