Gud Eats N More

4/20/2017 HORRIBLE! Let me start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. It typically has to be rather outstanding or incredibly disgusting. In this case, the only thing that was relatively good was the half/half. First, the restaurant called twice to inform me that they didn't have 2 items that I ordered , but they did ask if I wanted something else (giving them credit for the offer), so I ordered dessert. BIG MISTAKE!!! Secondly, the delivery took almost 2 hours and I'm not exaggerating at all! We ordered 2 crab cakes, green beans, mac n cheese and tuna salad. The crab cakes were ridiculously DISGUSTING!!!! They were worse than expired freezer-burnt generic brand crab cakes that've been sitting at the bottom of a freezer for 20 years . The sides were awful and the cake!!!!! OMGGGG the cake was stale stale stale and DRY as ever! I almost choked on how dry it was . I hate to write this, but people should know! Maybe I got the worst of the bunch, or maybe dinner just sucks.....idk ! I do know this, I will NEVER EVER order from here again AND to any and everyone that mentions this place, I will tell them about my experience. ‍

Had high hopes for this restaurant considering the reviews...but after receiving raw chicken & canned greens heavy on the vinegar. I am totally disgusted and disappointed. We'll see how the return of this goes.Okay update: When I returned with the raw chicken, I was politely asked if I wanted a refund or another dinner. As a supporter of black owned businesses, I wanted to give them another chance. I opted for the 3 piece chicken and waffles and they surprised me with 4. So for the pleasant return experience, I will up them to 3 stars. Everyone has an off night and this round of food was delicious.

This is the worst experience i have ever had in my life!Slow delivery, terrible food, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They hang up on customers on the phone, RUDE and zero hospitality, but im not surprised from sound of the management and the people that work there must be The lack of education and general disregard from their workers. Food was as bad as their terrible attitudes...Take your money anywhere else in the world...Hell, a wawa will be faster and taste better... If i could give less stars i would!I hope the owner reads this and fires everyone, it would be a start in the right directions...You just dont treat customers this way

I really was under the impression I lucked up and found a delivering breakfast spot. I was mistaken. I ordered a french toast breakfast sandwich which was thrown together with no cheese. The grits I ordered were cold and hard and the cheese was nasty. Will not be ordering from here again.

I'm giving Gud Eats 5stars N More. Here's why.Like most up and comings they have negatives to boot, but.. The positives of not only supporting this restaurant but keeping the lines ringing with suggestions & constructive criticisms out weigh the little bad anyone can point out. "Gud Eats N More" offer what we as Baltimoreans have only seen in movies and tv when it comes to good food & flavor; Unless you're a traveler. "Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles", "Pennsylvania's Phili Cheese Steak", and your momma's own "Tuna Salad"; Just to name a few.Now.. I've only gotten good eats twice from "Gud Eats N More" thus far. Nevertheless, I will continue to support them as they grow and recommend them to my friends & family alike so they may do just that.As for the negatives people post..Before making a decision to post and before deciding to not buy from Gud Eats. Call them. You may be surprised as to how they are committed to fixing what's broken with your order and their service.I look forward to coming in the restaurant for some "Gud Eats N More" one day. Until then, I'll continue to call in and order offline for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Horrible service, a few weeks ago I ordered Breakfast at about 10:45am and the food did not arrive until after 2pm. I called the restaurant every hour and each time I was told the driver will be there in 7 mins.The Eat 24 App helped me out and gave a $10 coupon but my entire Sunday was messed up since we had to wait until 2pm for Breakfast. I tried cancelling but like I said they kept saying the driver is 7 mins away.The Food was not good, it tasted like it was made hours earlier, forgotten about and thrown in the microwave..

Quoted delivery time was not accurate. Food was sad. I live a mile away and it still took 70+mins for 2 hardboiled eggs a waffle cut in 4 and some hash browns

As a vegan, there weren't many options which can be a bit of a pain. I settled on grits, a bagel, and home fries. The grits were like normal grits but super peppery. Bagel was again normal. But the home fries were seasoned well, but had a bit of fried fish in it. My partner ordered the chicken and waffles and had a surplus of hair in it. It seemed like they didn't know hairnets existed. Overall, wouldn't recommend unless you're a non vegan who likes they're chicken unplucked.

This place is a joke , do not order from here , they say there delivery driver has car trouble , after waiting for 2 1/2 hours I asked for a refund and the girl on the phone hung up on me !!! I repeat , do not order from here

If I could give negative stars, I would. Firstly, I ordered the food and it was expected an hour later - it didn't show up for 1.5 hours. The delivery man made us walk out to his car. Then there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel, barely any food, and all of the food was cold. Overall a horrible experience. Wouldn't suggest to anyone, you have a whole city out there - go elsewhere. Also, the tea sucks.
