Grilled Cheese & Company

We love Grilled Cheese! It's been a while since we were in the Catonsville area, but since we were, we stopped by for treat. We had the chicken Chesapeake and buffalo chicken. We also had the tomato soup and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious.We did eat in. They have a small space right off the street, next-door to Royal Farms.

I used to love this place, but it has really gone downhill over the years. Was appalled by the poor management and service the last time I went. We waited in line for 15 minutes, despite being at the front of line (no one was managing the cashier) and there only being 10 or fewer people in the restaurant at the time. The family behind us had to wait another 15 minutes after we placed our order to place their own.We ended up waiting another 40 minutes for our food to come out. We could look directly into the kitchen from our table and see that no one was hustling, and the staff was not happy to be there. Would not recommend coming here anymore.

First time visiting this place and it's such a vibe. You can smell the deliciousness from the parking lot while walking into the spot. Enjoy your favorite childhood sandwich mines today was grilled cheese., any time of the day or week this place is delicious with plenty of options to choose from even vegetarian as well.

Well, this is my 3rd time here. I love the food. The sandwiches are perfect. The fries are done just right. The parking is an absolute disaster. Very few spaces behind the building. The service is quite slow. 45 minutes and counting on this trip from paid to receiving our sandwiches. Average has been 30-45 minutes. For grilled cheese. The prices are also a tad steep. $30 plus tip for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and an order of fries.

We were in the area and popped in for a "quick" grilled cheese. We got grilled cheese, but it wasn't quick at ALL. Please let that be a warning (I should have checked yelp before going).With that said if you have time and patience, the grilled cheese options are quite vast and there's something for everyone. We got the chicken Chesapeake and the arugula turkey, with an order of sweet potato fries. Everything was amazing. We'd get each of these items again. I'd give the food 5 stars, speed of service two.

Sandwiches are tasty and the selection is amazing. The prices are reasonable too. Fries are crispy and on point. In addition to sandwiches, they also have soups and salads. They have a few seats, but it isn't full service. However, both times we have been here (once take-out that we ordered ahead, and once for eating in-person), the service has been super slow. It seems like they might need more sandwich presses. So as long as you aren't in a rush and don't mind waiting for awhile, I would definitely recommend a stop by this place!

First of all the food is great! Me and the wife ordered a chopped cheese and the original grilled cheese. It is a little pricey and the wait is LONG (probably over 20-30 minutes). It is still a good experience but definitely recommend ordering ahead.

The food is good, but not good enough to make a 30+ minute wait worth it. We ordered two basic sandwiches and fries, nothing overly complex. The seating area was pretty empty when we came in, so we didn't expect a long wait. Alas.

My food is always prepared well, packaged well and tasty! I have returned to Grilled Cheese & Co multiple times over the past two years and am never disappointed. The employees are friendly and swift, the building stays clean, bright and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Every time I go here the food is bomb, great sandwiches but I stg my favorite thing here is their Signature Salad! Never skimping on the toppings and I typically get Caesar dressing which I would assume all the dressings are house made cause they're very thick and flavorful and not Ken's brand, but to be honest you really don't even need dressing cause the salad itself has so many flavorful toppings that dressing takes a back seat. Truly I could eat it every day frfr. And shout out to my queen with the subtle blue in her hair cause everytime I'm in there it's clear she runs a tight ship with people who respect her and it's never any problems with anything, I'm talking about service, quality of food. Workspace cleanliness etc. give that lady a raise and then some! Cause it's clear she is the essence of proper service in there.
