If "meh" were a restaurant. We live a couple miles from here. The delivery service is spotty at best and the food is average at best. It's only okay. The other day I ordered a 2 piece Fried Chicken meal which comes with cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Kid on the phone informs me that they're out of cole slaw. I ask him if they can substitute for it by giving me extra mashed potatoes. He restated that they were out of cole slaw. I asked again if I could get extra mashed potatoes. He once again stated that they were out of cole slaw. I told him I would just take the mashed potatoes and forget about the cole slaw. I get my order home and I have two pieces of fried chicken, no cole slaw (which was expected) and no mashed potatoes. It's a typical little small town mom and pop carryout. It's no frills. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. I guess I was wrong for expecting to get what I paid for.

It's the only place i go for fried chicken. They always say thank you. Love the new sign as well.

Fried chicken was excellent. It came with a boat loaf of French fries. The coleslaw was really good, as well. Customer service was friendly. Would definitely return and recommend.

This place is amazing! There is not too much around this immediate area and I have to give a big shout out to GVC! They have the best subs, sandwiches, salads, fried chicken and coleslaw! Let's not forget their beach fries that gives the boardwalk a run for their money! Also the people that work there remember their regulars and it feels good to support a small family owned spot! Plus they source all their meat locally, from Wagner's it's absolutely delicious! Their philly is my favorite but anything I've had can't go wrong! Give them a try!

My go to place for subs, burgers and pizza.... Oh my, and the fried chicken is the greatest! Staff are always welcoming and professional.... highly recommend this locally owned establishmen!

Ordered 12 pieces of fried chicken and an order of fresh cut fries.Excellent fried chicken! It is cooked perfectly - crispy and not greasy.Since they make the fried chicken to order, be prepared to allow them 15-20 minutes to fry it, that ensures it it is fresh and not dried out. Fries are good too. I will be going back!

Great food, I don't recall ever having an issue, great customer service aswell, very nice and patient. Give their chicken a try if you're nearby, they also have great apps, I'd personally recommend the Mac & Cheese Bites if you're interested.
