I am sooo disappointed with Greek Town! I usually order from here several times a week and I loved their wings and their hamburgers . However I have ordered from them several times just this week, once getting the wings, and just tonight I got the cheeseburger. The wings were rubbery, not crisp like they used to be. Tonight the burger, had no cheese, the meat was rubbery and had tons of gristle. We also ordered gravy twice and TWICE we didn't get it. You have to pay for that! Can't believe these are the same people who I used to order from!!! Sooo sad!

I ordered a Hamburger: "Delicious cheeseburger topped with fresh crispy bacon" it said. It was a SMALL DRY PIECE of CHEAP BEEF PATTY, DRY & SMALL!! in between 2 SLICES of PLAIN SQUARE SANDWICHE BREAD and NO BACON!! It was DISGUSTING! I had to throw it away, it was that terrible. I also ordered Chili Cheese Fries it said on the menu with "cheddar cheese". It had MOZZARELLA CHEESE NOT CHEDDAR!! I definitely will not make this same mistake. I order lunch often for work and I will never order here again. I spent a lot of money at this joint and they gave me a small dried up piece of burnt beef patty, what a damn shame.

This business has been bought over it's not ye same company since then there subs are disgusting there no salt pepper on anything on my sub the meet bland and disgusting fries had no seasoning on them either called he says they don't season there meat just use paprika who the hell just make subs without seasoning there meat they really should change the name of the business because these are not the previous ppl who owned this shop it's better to just go somewhere else I been ordering from them for over 6 years food was amazing until the pass year. A waste of $12 that I will be disputing with my bank last time I ordered they try to give me sub drink and charge me extra for fries which is normally with the sub special it's crazy but I won't be ordering from here just plain lazy

I wanted to order takeout and while other places were closing soon, Greek Town was open for another 2 hours! Which is why it's usually my go-to for late night eating and Netflix- binging.I ordered the Surf N Turf 8 inch sub, reg. fries and 2 cannolis. The subs were kind of small for what I'm used to (but hey maybe I'm used to supersize portions) and the fries were a little overcooked this time. They were pretty good. Nothing too amazing or flavorful, but it gets the job done. However, It was my first time having cannolis and might I add that they were pretty good! They are very sweet, w/ a thick frosting/pudding-like filling inside. Its a little gritty, but the chocolate chips inside are soft & good for those w/ a sweet tooth. Delivery was late - I waited an hour for this order. But I'm sure I will be ordering again from them because it's the most convenient place in my area for American fast food.

During Covid-19, they're allowing people to order online even though they're closed/closing early. I ordered/paid online just to be called 15 minutes later to be told my order would not be made due to early closure. I've yet to receive a refund. This occurred early last week.

Customer service and delivery was great but the food was awful the gyro had some type od imitated cflat pieces of "chicken" i refuse to eat and the wings were slimy even though i asked for crispy they also had a weird taste Very disappointed with the food

I ordered delivery on the recommendation of the hotel. I was not terribly impressed with the food. The pizza seemed like it had frozen crust, though I could tell it had been stretched. It was hard and chewy. I would not personally go back.

I'm eating the food now ... the flavors are good but I'm still kind of annoyed. I ordered the 8" delivery combo: a chicken cheesesteak sub with fries and a soda. I asked for the fries to be well done but not burnt, but they're pale and limp. And the cheesesteak looks like it belongs in a happy meal ... it isn't overstuffed at all. It's the skinniest sub I've ever seen. It's about the circumference of a Dos Equis beer bottle. The pricing for everything is really reasonable for a delivery special ($9.99), but this'll be my last time ordering this from there. This is my second time ordering food this week and both places were disappointing. I'll take this as a sign to go grocery shopping and cook *sigh*

Uhmmmmm a big no on this one. Extremely greasy and not the NYC type greasy. The dough was thin AF and I didn't order thin crust. It was even cut so we could get slices - smh. And noooooo sauce WTH! Smh Probably one of the worst pizza's I've had.
