Got the chicken Greek salad. Skewer of chicken breast marinated/grilled. Very tender and moist. Dressing was very good, not your basic Greek salad dressing. Everything fresh. A win.

So good. The gyros are great - all the flavors you'd want from good Greek food. Don't skip the sides but be prepared to share. The Sriracha fries with feta are a bargain and could probably feed at least four.

Got the lamb chop platter at an awesome food truck event. 5 EXTREMELY small and THIN chops, TONS of rice, (filler) great salad, two pieces of yummy pita bread. Everything was very good, but quality has gone down a bit, since I last had some years ago. This platter cost...Drumroll please....$22. Was it worth $22? Maybe...But I will probably try another food truck next time. What do you all think?

First time visiting this truck at the Tuesday Food Truck event and I would have to say that was the best chicken gyro I've ever heard. Flavorful, juicy and delicious and the serving was huge. It could definitely be shared if you really want too...hahahaAnywho, I would definitely revisit this truck to try other delicious treats...yum

Before I visited this food truck - truth be told - I didn't even really *like* Greek food. Now, I can't wait for Friday nights when I can visit the Elkridge MD Fire Station and get my Falafel in a Pita Wrap. I now order that= with extra grilled veggies and it's TO. DIE. FOR. Oh my goodness, so exquisitely good. The service is always respectful, courteous and their very long line moves very quickly because of their efficiency. So strongly recommended; you will love it.

So I noticed that computer nerds are selling their bodies a lot lately? It's called "Geek On The Street", because apparently there's not enough IT and PC work to go around. Maybe that's what this place is named after.Edit: I'm raising this to a 3 star because Lindsay told me she will hug me even more tightly next time she sees me if she does. And that her sister will hug me too. Their hugs are totally addictive you know.I feel really bad writing this. Please don't hate me, or shoot me, Lindsay. See Lindsay is a really good friend of mine and she loves this truck, in fact loves is not accurate enough, she absolutely adores it. But I tried it a long time ago at an Eastern Hills Mall FTR (Food Truck Rodeo) and then I tried it again recently at Larkin and both times it was absolutely not good.Firstly the Souvlaki. I want my Souvlaki to have very fresh salad, to be very marinaded, and very juicy. This chicken didn't taste Souvlaki-ish at all. It was just chicken, for me. Just some dry grilled chicken. The salad tasted like that salad mix from a grocery store and didn't even taste particularly fresh (some of the lettuce was wilted). And the whole thing was kind of tasteless and dry. Sort of like getting a Chicken Caesar in a Pita. Not my thing. I like my Souvlakis Greek and Marinaded and Juicy. Hmph.So then there's the Gyro. I'm addicted to Gyros. I like the Chicago kind (lamb sliced off a rotunda), and I like the Buffalo kind (patties of meat fried like burgers), and I like the authentic Greek kind (usually pork, sliced off a rotunda), and I think all three are amazing although the first and last are the best. However the one thing I don't like, is "fake gyro". Fake Gyro is basically strips of frozen meat that are bought from a company (and you can get them in the frozen section at Wegmans). Maybe 50% of the diners in WNY make this sort of Gyro. The meat is pre-cut into strips at the factory, shipped out frozen, then the pre-cut strips are taken out and grilled or fried, and then served. It tastes identical every time, sort of like making pre-formed frozen patties bought from the freezer section of Walmart. I don't like the taste, I don't like the fakeness, they're not even juicy... they're the McDonalds of Gyros... very thin and awful.Funnily enough I know a Buffalonian woman that cannot tell the difference between real and fake Gyros and loves both. I wish I could not know the difference. There is nowhere that makes those real Chicago Gyros in Buffalo. So I stick with the Buffalo version. The Greek version you can only get in Queens NYC or Greece. So anyway, I always ask a place, which kind they serve. And GOTS assured me they serve the Chicago type. They of course, served me the pre-formed frozen strips. I asked to see their rotunda and only THEN, they admitted they'd "misunderstood" me and they actually use frozen strips because "everyone does, that's what a Gyro is." Okay thanks for that. You're wrong, and you just lost yourself yet another star.So while usually a little known family place that totally lets me down would score 3... the fact that they misled me into buying a VERY overpriced Gyro (the amazing kind are $4 in Pitt and Columbus, $5 in Chicago... the fake kind are $8 here)... they are getting a 2. The single solitary reason I will not give them a 1 is because I have too much respect for Lindsay.I personally wish they were Greek Off The Street, because it's the last place I'd go for street food.

Greek On The Street may be the first Buffalo Food Truck I've eaten from that I believe is worthy of 5 stars. It was hard to see their lack of a line today while other trucks like Lloyd and Knight Slider had 20+ person deep lines. I have yet to try KS, but seriously the Greek delicacies at this truck are SO MUCH better than anything I've ever had from Lloyd! Gyro Pita... BEST EVER! The gyro meat and pita were SO tender, the feta was abundant and beautifully salty, the tzatziki was incredible with a tangy yogurt bite. Add tomatoes, onions, and you've got yourself one amazing gyro pita! This is better than gyros I've had anywhere else. And I love that this truck has an anchor restaurant in Wheatfield. I've gotta try it out sometime!I only wish I had eaten this amazing pita first and had not wasted my calories on less satisfying eats from other trucks. I hope to see the line at this truck 20 deep next time! The gyro pita is soooooooo delish!

So good. I saw reviews and kept checking for a week until a truck was near me and worked with my schedule. I wish they would post a weeks worth in FB or twitter so I could plan my visits.

Amazing. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good gyro. My go to is always the gyro salad, but family always gets gyros either one is to die for. The Greek Fries and baklava are also a must get. Prices are also reasonable. Can never leave here without a food baby. Wish they'd come to Calvert!
