Purchased the loaded gumbo for the 2nd time. And this time I was impressed. The first time I had it it was full of rice and chicken... nothing else. However, these time there was ample seafood to match the chicken and rice. Last time they gave me cornbread with it. This time I didn't get it. Not sure if cornbread was suppose to come with it or not. But I was very happy with my order this time.

You all know the rest!I cannot believe they brought this wonderful establishment to Mondawmin Mall! What an asset to the community! Although is titled "Granny's Express:, it's a whole restaurant w spacious waiting areas and dining room. I was very impressed too see they brought the wonderful humble and respectful employees as well as plentiful menu and fantastic quality food to this location to mirror the Owings Mills location.I'm so happy to have Granny's Express close to my job and look forward to supporting this business as much as I support the Owings Mills location!!!

Did not enjoy my meal at all, cabbage tasted like it was boiled in water with no salt, pepper or any type of seasoning, the yams were full of strings and no flavor, the fish was some of the worst I've ever had and the cornbread was literally the smallest I've ever seen in my lifetime. I ordered through door dash so I cant speak on the customer service but considering it's location I'm just going to assume it's just as bad as the food.

First, their food is just as good as Granny's in Owings Mills. I haven't had Granny's in two years and it tasted exactly as I remembered. Why only four stars?? The price is a bit high to me. I got the two wing, one side meal. $13+. They gave me the tiniest cornbread muffin. Looked smaller than my AirPods case. They forgot my lemonade. But that's more on Grubhub. Overall, these small details probably wouldn't stop me from ordering here again. Only on payday tho.

Tried to order with Uber Eats. Ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich with fries. No fries and no bacon on the sandwich. They called and said they couldn't make it after 2:00pm and then called back and said they would make it. Half roast chicken was missing the side of Macaroni and cheese. The gravy was a mushroom gravy and not a brown gravy. Skipped the side of mashed potatoes. Why should I get all of my order. Order of wings didn't have the blue cheese. They forgot something on every dish. Called the store after looking for 20 min to get the number and they said if I drive up they will replace it or I can call Uber and get a refund. If I had a car I wouldn't order through Uber.

Oh My Gawd!!!Let me start with how wonderful the staff is, I came in for lunch on 6/27/19 around noon and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. The Peach Bourbon Wingettes were hot and crispy, season to perfection. The mac and cheese, oh MAN... I have no words. And a complimentary heart shaped corn muffin that I inhaled! The atmosphere made me forget that I was waiting for takeout. The food is worth the cost, portions are pretty big.Why y'all doing this to me and my waistline?
