Wow, so, this place was actually really good. I got a delivery service to bring this to a parking lot I was working in. The food was nice and hot when it arrived, and it was delicious!General Tso's chicken was as spicy as I wanted it, crispy on the outside, tender inside, with a good, flavorful sauce. Pork fried rice (came with lunch combo) really hit the spot, too. Little bits of somewhat crispy pork and a good flavor on the rice. Would recommend this place.

I was honestly not expecting that much from the reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a huge sushi craving and found that Grace cafe delivered to my work address.They have great lunch specials, including $6.75 for 2 rolls or $10 for 3 rolls. They also have Chinese food items for $5 and change that come with a side choice of can soda, egg roll, egg drop, wonton or hot & sour soup. Lunch specials are only available until 3pm. They offer free delivery with a $12 minimum.I ordered the salmon skin, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna rolls. The salmon skin was perfectly crunchy (not too hard and well done like most other places), the salmon and tuna were nothing special, but not bad either. They chop up the fish and add crunch + spice. I also ordered their miso soup. It was a bit light for my taste (a little bit more miso would have been perfect), but it did come with a lot of seaweed and nice chunks of silken tofu. The delivery was very fast. He came about half an hour after I ordered online, and the soup was still hot. :)Overall, pretty good, will try other items next time!

We tried this place this past weekend from a google search for Arbutus restaurants.The food was edible and I didn't get sick from eating it, but overall it wasn't great. The egg roll was the best part of the meal. We ordered one General Tso Lunch Special and one Orange Chicken Lunch Special. The General Tso and Orange Chicken were neither very good, what else can I say.We dined in. It was so cold in the dining room that we could see our breath. The bathroom was so unclean - I have never seen such an unclean bathroom in a restaurant ever in my life. This was years of crud and grime built up on the fixtures and walls, light switch. The restaurant dining room is also very messy.Lots of easy parking. And apparently they deliver (I'm guessing that most delivery patrons never see the condition of the actual physical location of this place?)

These guys are awesome. In some ways it's your standard American Chinese takeout (sweet, salty, fatty chicken anyone?) but this place is a step above most of the others. I would say it is less greasy, which is nice enjoying the food without having an oil slick in my throat at the end.The sushi is pretty solid, especially for takeout. The specialty rolls are delicious, but if you order more than two, it can get pricey quick! They have an awesome lunch special combo (3 rolls for $10) and one of my favorites, the veggie roll, is no longer listed on their website, but they'll make it (secret off-menu item, woo!) if you call in. Asparagus, pickled radish, and carrot, yes please!It's easy to go overboard because of the many wonderful options, but there are deals for extra soup, General Tso's, or even a fancy sushi roll if you spend above a certain threshold.Delivery isn't super fast, but then again, I'm usually ordering on a high volume night like Friday or Saturday; otherwise they're a bit faster. They are super friendly when picking up or dropping off and the food is reliable. I plan to continue coming to these guys for a long time.

Ordered delivery and distinctively specified (more than once) to please make sure the broccoli was cooked very well done / soft.. but it wasn't. Will most likely try this place again... and will def update review if my order is delivered as requested!!

Had it delivered today, General Tso's chicken and pork wontons. The chicken was just dry gristle. Wontons were thin and seemed reheated. I hate leaving a bad review in times like this, but I actually tossed it and ordered elsewhere.

I got the Szechuan shrimp combination. To be completely honest, my first attempt sucked. However; later and after eating a good portion, the juices seemed to have been soaked up by the veggies and rice and it tasted SO much better. Either way, I wouldn't order from them again. Overall, I think the disappointment from the first attempt helped make me be more satisfied with my second attempt.
