We came here for Christmas dinner, since we were flying to Cancun out of BWI the next day. It was surprisingly busy, and the atmosphere was happy and lively.Bethany was our server. She was delightful and very attentive. All of the staff was. We were immediately welcomed by multiple people when we walked in.For food, my husband ordered the preset menu with the crab cake, 20 oz ribeye, and the cheesecake. I ordered the grilled Caesar, mushrooms, and snow crab legs (they don't carry king crab anymore). The crab cake was amazing. Perfectly seasoned and not too bready. The steak was also seasoned nicely. I wouldn't recommend ordering the crab legs unless you're willing to put in the work. I expected them to come split and easy to break apart, but I was only given the crab cracker. There wasn't a pick or small fork to help get the meat out. I worked for my meal.To unwind from the hard work I put in, we had an espresso martini and mascarpone cheesecake. Both were a nice way to top the meal.

The good: the food was delicious, service incredible. The bad: honestly, probably overpriced. The question I always ask is whether I could produce something similar at home. I honestly think I could, even the beef Wellington (which I have made before). The restaurant is located in the horseshoe casino, which kind of smelled funky and didn't have a great atmosphere. I would suspect that if the restaurant moved elsewhere, it would be way busier. Would I go again? Probably not, but that is no fault of the servers or chef.

Still loving this place but even more!! Came here this past weekend with relatives to celebrate two birthdays. We had a big party so online reservations weren't doable--we called and they were able to accommodate 11 people. Our favorite server is now Miles, who is AWESOME, so of course we requested his table!Food was great as usual. Enjoyed their Market Salad and Maryland Crabcake for appetizers--they also give complimentary bread and butters. The MUST GET is the 20 oz. Bone-In Ribeye--meat is tender and well flavored, so delicious!! You don't even need to get a sauce because it's seasoned enough. The New York Strip is good too! For sides, I recommend the Loaded Baked Potato, Creamed Spinach, Mac & Cheese and Roasted Corn! For the birthday men, they brought out two complimentary glasses of champagne and small birthday chocolates with a candle--which was sweet! Dessert wise, the Sticky Toffee Pudding is my favorite. Service is always wonderful here, even the manager Brent came over to chat and check up on us--GREAT experience as always!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. We went in on Sunday, Feb 16th. I ordered the prime rib special. It was supposed to be 16 ounces for $78. I received about 10 ounces, and half of it was fat. So I sent it back and changed my order to the 20-ounce ribeye for $90. I ordered it medium rare. They brought me the whiskey cowboy ribeye for $120, which i didn't know about. It also came blue rare, not medium rare. At the end of the meal, when I asked about the bill, the manager came over and apologized for everything but refused to lower the bill. She kept saying she's unable to do so. I've never been to a Ramsey restaurant that messed up our food so much, and whose management was so unwilling to help out. All we wanted was to be refunded the $30 difference between what actually ordered and what was brought, but the manager refused

I wanted to celebrate my Birthday here.We made reservations for 7:00, but we asked could we be seated early since we got there early to walk around the Casino to see what was in there since it was our first time there, it wasn't much to see in the Casino. So they were able to seat us early. The Restaurant had a nice warm cozy feel. Our Server Miles was Friendly and explained the Menu and Special since it was our first time there. We ordered a number of items ( see pics). We were surprised at how small the portion sizes were. The MD Crab Soup hardly had anything in it, mainly Corn, Tomatoes and only 3 Lumps of Crabmeat. It was tasty but I was disappointed, I was expecting more especially for the price of $15. I got the Kansas City Strip Steak and the Hubby got the Ribeye, we both ordered the Medium, but after taking a couple of bites we saw that they were Rare. We informed our Server Miles and he saw them and agreed that they were Rare. He asked did we want to send them back so they can Bump up the heat on them? We said no we will just recook them at Home. We were surprised that he didn't offer to bring us out a new Steak, especially for the Price we paid for both Steaks which was $80 a piece. You would think that for that price they would be cooked perfectly, they did taste delicious. The Manager did come over and offered his apologies and did not charge me for my Dessert which was the Sticky Pudding. Everything else was good. I had a nice time, but was expecting more. All the Staff was nice.

Gordon Ramsay Steak is located within the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore. We've been here twice, both for special occasions. Although it wasn't super busy, I would recommend making a reservation just in case. The staff - polite, friendly, enthusiastic. They seem to enjoy their work. Drinks - some great cocktail options!Food - We love the Beef Wellington (our go to), lamb chops and sticky toffee pudding. You cannot go wrong with their toffee pudding! I will always always get this regardless of which Gordon Ramsay restaurant I'm at :) Pricing - is pricey! Dining for around 4 people cost us around $500-600 (including gratuity)

OMG, I had been waiting to eat Gordon Ramsay's Beef Wellington and Lobster Risotto all my life. I LOVE Gordon Ramsay. I sent my husband to Gordon Ramsay Steak at Horseshoe Baltimore. I had never been so disappointed in my life. The risotto was so dry, I could hardly swallow it. The lobster was so small and way overcooked. The Beef Wellington was just downright nasty. The potato cup was awesome BUT as I said it was one of those little side cups used for something like salad dressing. As for the carrots, they were raw but it didn't matter because they only gave me 2 tiny pieces of carrots. My husband spent around $100 on my food and if I could take that moment back I would. So disappointed.

We decided to visit one of the restaurants that we had on our checklist for my bday & decided to give Gordon Ramsey's Steak a try - being a fan of his shows. The restaurant is located inside of the Horseshoe Casino, which I don't love, but whatever Jamar - stop whining. I tried to get reservations for the new Hell's Kitchen restaurant in DC but that thing is booked up completely. Lol. I'm actually glad we came to this Steakhouse bc the ambiance was beautiful, our server - Bethany - was attentive, full of energy & super knowledgeable.Point blank - we got an amazing experience minus the hour long drive or crowds. Having just gotten off a plane, my Wife & I were a bit exhausted and not as hungry as we usually are come dinner time so we decided to just try some things. For appetizers we got the Japanese A5, which if you don't know is Premium Japanese Wagyu & is sold at: $40 an ounce. After getting a recommendation from Bethany, we decided on 4oz but after tasting this delicious, piece of beef perfection, I wish I had would've gotten eight. Point, blank, period - 10/10. The beef literally melts in your mouth. It's the most tender beef I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. For drinks, Bethany suggested a Chai old fashioned. It was strong but delicious & we both went back for seconds. Lol. 7/10My entree was the Beef Wellington. I mean... cmon. Who goes to a Chef Ramsey restaurant for the first time & not try the Wellington, right? And it was good. Really good. But it didn't blow me away. Maybe that's bc I had the Japanese Wagyu? Bc it was very good & I have no complaints. Make sense? 9/10 Keena got the Lobster Risotto, which we loved, at the suggestion of Bethany, considering it's one of Chef Ramsey's specialty dishes. I'm a big fan of risotto so it was really easy to win me over, especially with how perfectly the lobster tail was cooked. 8/10& the Mac & Cheese & Shiitake Mushrooms were just ok, not nasty, but nothing I have to go back & try again. & for dessert, at this point, we're stuffed but decided to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which, was a good experience - not sure if it beats my fav Toffee Pudding at Carmelo's in NY but it is definitely something you should try. 7/10In closing, we had a really good experience at Ramsey's Steak.

A filet Mignon butterflied Oscar style please! Grilled Caesar deliciousness!Mac and Cheese - It's not your soul food Fave made but it's good. Lamb Chops, Crab cake, and truffle fries! Everything is always delicious. Don't check in and snap pics as etiquette doesn't allow for it most times. Today I was tucked in a corner. GR always has the best wait staff. Oddly enough maître d' never came around, no manager greeting either, although present. If your guests are spending upward of $500 for a meal, the norms of fine dinning should be present in the establishment. This was our only offObservance this evening. Food makes up for lack of customer appreciation.Parking lot did smell like urine, get car service or Uber if you can. Wish this establishment was not attached to the casino.
