They have super cute desserts. The cheesecake was good not great. Beware! The bubble tea is pure sugar. I ordered it 50% sure and I could drink it because it was too sweet. I ended throwing it away.Staff is not very helpful. Place was clean and had comfortable seating area.

This place is soooo cute! So many unique desserts and drinks. Two of them we actually tasted by ordering from the neighboring restaurant (the cheesecake mousse and the chocolate crepe) and the mousse has a gelatin like texture -- it was amazing. Everyone else in the table liked the chocolate mousse. It's soft and rich, very Lady M.When we went to the actual location, we ordered a bunch of boba drinks, which to our surprise is Gong Cha. We also ordered the ube towel cake because how can you not?! Don't exactly know how to describe the taste. It wasn't too sweet and you can't taste the ube much, but it's probably something I won't order again. I got the Oolong Milk Tea at 70% and it was perfect. Love that they have a lot of hot drink choices.Quiet place with cute decor, lots of seating, and a ton of choices. Can't go wrong.

Terrific destination for teens (and adults). Bubble tea is hot! I mean popular. This is the iced with tapioca ball or fruit type of tea. Way too many choices. Regulars knowWhat they want. I loved the Mango grapefruit tea. Plenty of fruit, great flavor, and not too much ice. My daughter thought her milk tea half sweet with "bubbles" (tapioca balls) was chewier than she liked and 50% sugar was only half as sweet as she wanted, but what I thought was reasonable. But some people do want their tea with 6 spoons of sugar and 3 just isn't enough. Great to have them in our neighborhood!!

My husband and I are big fans of gong Cha as their tees are amazing both in selection and flavor. We were also super excited to try out Kyoto Matcha's desserts and Matcha-based drinks. I had a Matcha lemonade and it was absolutely lovely husband had a gong Cha, Earl Grey, tea with bubbles and crème brûlée foam. I also grabbed a slice of the absolutely out of this world Sakura cheesecake. The service was amazing the young ladies and gentlemen, that work there were absolutely friendly, and did everything in under two minutes, and the actual location itself was super clean and just really inviting and welcoming. Definitely a great place to stop for a snack and a drink.

Many drink and dessert options available. Store has 2 self-serve kiosks where you can order. Drinks come out relatively quickly for how much goes into them, and what I've tried is always delicious. Very pretty and bright interior with many tables, seats, and even games for people waiting.

Large gong cha which means lots of space for customers. I didn't realize that they also had Kyoto Matcha ice cream and cakes incorporated into this location, and that made it even better. Gong cha is always fantastic, so their tea and boba consistency was A+ as usual. I slightly prefer this Gong Cha location because it was not as busy, and their store was much more spacious than other Gong Cha locations. Their slices of cake and ice cream were much more generous than other Kyoto Matcha locations that I've been too -- so that was also a plus in my book. They had a clean set of Uno (yay!) and Connect 4 but no Red Flags or other games. It was also nice to stop by Izakaya 68 next door for dinner!

Saw this little shop in the shopping center and had to check it out. Got the Passionfruit Green Tea and the Peach Lychee Fruit Drink to drink. Both were really good! Loved the passionfruit one! Also got the purple potato layer cake which I loved. And the Sakura cheese mousse cake. I did enjoy it but I didn't love it like the layer cake. The cookie bottom of the Sakura cake was really good. Overall I did enjoy the desserts and drinks. I felt the desserts were a bit pricy but still good. I'll still go back. May not be as often as I'd like but I'm getting more.

Very cute and aesthetic looking little shop. There were games to play Uno, Connect 4, etc., and GO which we played. The cashier was kind and our orders came out quickly. I ordered the mixed waffle cone and it was delicious, the vanilla balanced out the strong matcha. Would definitely recommend trying this out!

The time we went the AC was out. OK, totally get it, there are things out of your control. Ordered a mocha bubble tea. Decided to splurge and get the creme brulee topping too. Decided to tip at the kiosk since I didn't have cash. Totally was around $10. When I got it, it was lukewarm, like weird. Took it back up and told them that it wasn't cold. The person behind the counter held it in his hands, shook it, and said the ice was at the top and it will be cold and handed it right back. Basically totally ignored me. I drank it (mind you I am not a slow drinker) and there were literally four small ice cubes in the entire drink.I understand there will be ups and downs. BUT if you have a problem with refrigeration or are out of ice cubes, just say so, don't blow me off after I spent $10 for a drink and tipped you 20% up front.
