I got the Mango Green Tea with the "mango pearls". The tea was good, I could taste both the mango and green tea, and it wasn't too sweet. However, I thought mango pearls meant mango popping boba. The pearls in the drink were essentially just mango jellies. This is confusing because there's also jellies on the menu (coconut jelly, etc) , so I think this should be clarified on the menu somehow.Overall the tea was good and the it came out quickly.

Gong cha is always good with their flavors thats why they get swamped every single time we order. And i made a mistake ordering online. There were so many orders that passed before they even made mine.It says order is ready at 8:13 pmI didn't get my order that was supposedly ready until 8:24 pm.I understand theres a lot of orders but its always the online order that we get that takes forever to be ready.

It can be hard to rate a chain, but here goes. The tea was delicious and the service was pretty quick, despite the crowd that evening. My only complaint is that the menu was a bit hard to read and I wasn't sure I was getting a tea without boba. Lesson learned.Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was fast and friendly, the tea was great, and the service was fast despite the long line. Nothing really more to say, except, try them out if you're in the area!

Great spot, Gong Cha is a solid chain and you can't really go wrong in my opinion. Service is quick even when it's crowded, and the drinks I've had are always delicious. I tried the strawberry matcha for the first time recently and loved it. I appreciate that they use buzzers so you know when your order is ready as it's within "The Hub" and it can get really busy and loud, so I didn't have to worry about listening for my name/number to be called.

Very good spot to get milk tea with boba. Reasonably price and is located in a hub so you can get a nice meal to go along with your drink and pick up dessert during your visit

My go-to in the Rockville area so decided to try it in Ellicott City. This is the one inside "the hub" so there's seating inside. They have plastic barriers and social distancing stickers but the stickers are not really used.They did get me order wrong though. I got the QQ passion fruit GT and it's suppose to have bubbles and coconut jelly but I got bubbles and crystal bubbles instead. It was just a topping which I didn't mind since I actually like the crystal boba. But just FYI for other people to check.

Lives up to Gong Cha standard. I was pleased that the boba was chewy and sweet. I wanted to comment specifically on the kiosk menu ordering which is so helpful so you can take your time choosing your drink and going through all the options. You pay at the kiosk and pick up when you get a text that your drink is ready (which comes out pretty swiftly). I thought that aspect really helped expedite things especially when in a busy food hall. This is a very convenient location if you wanted to grab a bite along with your boba, as there is hot pot, Korean fried chicken, Korean hot dogs, ramen, and some other options in there. Large parking lot out front.

Service was quick, and the mango green tea was good, except for the mango boba, it was more like fruit chunks. The milk tea was ok, over brewed in my opinion, and the regular boba was ok, some of them were small and hard so it was all just ok. Ambiance was interesting, a little weird.
