Goldberg's New York Bagels

They've gone from great to just okay. Bagels are now smaller, not as much toppings & some of ours were actually stale. End of an era.

Simply phenomenal.Great for getting NY-style bagels by the dozen. Great schmears and sandwich options.Pricey bottled drinks, but nothing different than any other deli these days. $2.50 for a 16.9 ounce Deerpark water!I love the cream cheese, the tuna salad, and the egg salad. The deli sandwiches are decent but not as impressive.I have never had coffee there, but will update this once I have.

The Best bagels in Baltimore. Don't bother with the coffee, you want a bagel.The recent renovation got rid of a bottleneck.

This bagel spot was recommended by my husband's Coworker. He said if you're looking for NY bagels try this place out. Def looks like a bagel spot from Long Island but the quality was not what I was looking for. My bagel tasted like it was from yesterday's batch. Hubby and I went in bright and early so, I was looking for a fresh out of the oven bagel. The kind of bagel that is soft to touch but crunchy and crisp with each bite. Sorry not here. The cream cheese tasted like sour cream so I wasn't pleased. You go in and you see the bagels but I had to go the opposite of the counter to order my bagel with cream cheese. I didn't see anyone come out a grab a fresh bagel from counter so I was a lil suspicious since it was given to us from a different pick up section. There's also a coffee area but the barista was busy having a conversation with security guard about gun use and other non sense so we didn't even bother to order the coffee. Service needs a lil more work. Other wise, I did enjoy the side of home fries. Good side portion for reasonable price.

They charged me some sort of service fee for ordering bagels. They also would not give me plates to bring to my office to serve the bagels with when I got them for takeout.

We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery.Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. They had someone leave immediately.We were told that deliveries on Wednesday don't go out until 2pm. Nobody made us aware of this and 8 months ago we had no issues with an 11am delivery time.The order came with coffee and the time on it was 9:30, had the order come on time the coffee would have been the proper temperature. The order didn't leave Baltimore until after 12, so the coffee was lukewarm.By the time we got home from my father in law's funeral the food was here and set up thanks to a great friend helping.My advice is, if you use this establishment for catering CALL to confirm. The presentation of the food was great and the food delicious.Very frustrating not to have gotten an apology when we had written confirmation of 11am delivery time.

Fast service, great bagels! Huge menu! Very convenient location and employees are nice.
