Genova's To Go - Manchester

I have been a longtime customer, but the past two orders have been disappointed with the quality of the food. I am never disappointed with the staff. They are wonderful and amazing and it is to no-fault of theirs that I put a review with only three stars.Had an order of onion rings and was shocked when the container had six onion rings in it! Onion rings are $6.99 a serving? When I called and asked if that was a mistake I was told by the person on the phone the order was correct. Are used to love fries with gravy, but can't order that there anymore and now the onion rings are just not worth the priceThe subs were OK not great .. probably just stick to ordering the pizzas.

Served rotten meat management smelled it made a face refunded our money then denied it was bad. Then proceeded to insult us.

Fast friendly service with good fresh food. Delivery is always accurate and acceptable timing.

Update:5 stars to 3 due to poor service and awful dessertGood pizza, terrible dessert! I just got the profiteroles aka mini cream puffs. They are pre packaged, processed, soggy crap, from a food company in new jersey. They taste like they were made a year ago and were wet instead of flaky.Pizza is probably the only thing I will ever order here. But after seeing their dessert, I'm questioning the pizza freshness.

If you're looking for a decent carryout or a cold night this is the place to get go to the delivery is very easy and very quick the people there are very nice the food is always hot and fresh and always taste the best I strongly suggest trying this one night when trying to find something to do

Do not go to this pizza place! We ordered cheeseburger subs and they were rotten!! They smelled like shit my husband and son started gagging that's how bad they smelled have it on video!!! We took them back after having them delivered and the manger smelled them and said give them back their money and proceeded to deny they were rotten or they smelled !!! Manger was disrespectful and only out to tell me that I was out of line!! I am not out to hurt any business but when they deny and lie to my face the community should know that this place does not have any care for the community they service!!! They will send bad food out the door then deny it ... instead of making it right !! They do this because I quote manger said they have a company that deletes its bad reviews!

I have visited this restaurant on a number of occasions and have always been pleased. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious - I have generally ordered subs of various kinds. Prices are reasonable and the menu has a good selection. This is a takeaway only location - no seating except benches for those waiting. The company has an excellent website for ordering (they partner with someone, I believe, but it is well integrated). I have not tried delivery. Recommended.

Genova's has declined over the past few years. It has been a hit or miss on whether the food will be good or not. Tonight my family ordered 2 pizzas which were VERY DRY! There was barely any sauce on either pizza. We also ordered 24 wings which were horrible! The skin was not crispy at all! The skin was chewy and inedible. Highly disappointed in our food tonight and a big waste of money.

You know what make a great pizza great? The crust. Genova's has great service, nice employees, the toppings are good, but the crust, ahh the crust, it's tougher than shoe leather. And it's had that crust for years at all their locations. I couldn't make a crust like that if I tried. How do they do it? You could patch a hole in an Alaska crabbing boat with that stuff.
