Genova’s To Go

Easily one of my go-to spots for wings in the area now that I've tried it! I've been eyeing the jumbo wings for a while and finally tried them yesterday. My family and I ordered 24 wings (12 Old Bay, 12 hot), and a Hawaiian pizza for delivery; we live ten minutes away and all of the food got to us in a half-hour at most. I was impressed by the timeliness, and blown away by the food! The Old Bay wings were my favorite and among some of the best in the area, so flavorful and delicious. I'm not huge on hot wings (they're either not spicy enough or too spicy for my middle-of-the-road spice tolerance), but these were perfect for me. The pizza was pretty good too! Definitely would go again and easily one of my new favorite places in the area.

We love the sandwiches here. You have to go to the counter to order, but they bring the food to you. The pizza is decent as well as the wings, but we like the Italian sub the best. My only complaint is they tend to have issues cleaning the tables. They have you leave everything on the table, but every time we have been here there are at least 3 dirty tables. Sometimes they are busy but our last time they were pretty slow. I'm not sure why they just don't put a trash can out or be better at cleaning/busing the tables.

Food is always great and never had a single bad item at all. Online orders are always ready at the specified time.

Good pizza, good subs, friendly people. One of my favorite pizza spots in Eldersburg.

Take-out pizza at its best! Our first time ordering and Genova's did not disappoint. We ordered an extra large, extra-sauce mushroom pizza. Got it for carry-out, but it delivered! We like our sauce a little sweeter and lots of it. This is our new favorite take-out pizza!

Tried today. Pizza has potential but not the best in eldersburg. Bottom crust not fully cooked sauce a little sweet for my taste and usually a sign of not simmering the sauce to get the bitterness out by adding sugar- Short cutI'll give it another try but for eldersburg I'm still thinking Amante's is the best and then Libertories

The food just isn't good. Do not get the salad with chicken. The chicken is cold and not fresh. Appears to be from a luncheon meat section. It was rubbery. The pizza was average.

I love Genovas so much. Unfortunately, one thing I can not get over is when I order a sandwich with NO mayonnaise (I order online and deliberately do not check the mayonnaise box for my sandwich's condiments.) and I get my sandwich to my house to eat it and it has mayonnaise on it. This has happened multiple times. Why? Very upsetting. I know at this point I should just check my sandwich before I leave, but I just wanted to comment on this issue so maybe one day it will get resolved.

Four because they're the only place around that isn't a chain and actually delivers. The pizza was okay, a bit expensive though. The steak and cheese sub was pretty good! If I want delivery I'll order here. If I am in town and want pizza though I'm still choosing Frank's, not a knock on Genova's, just my preference.
