I Often get the sausage egg & Cheese for Breakfast or the Bacon or Scrapple all Are top of the line But their Shrimp platter special is out of this world 5 Star!!!

If you want inexpensive, cooked to order, quick and delicious, Furnace Branch is where it's at! I've never had anything that wasn't fabulous. Omelets are stuffed full of any and everything. Even a simple egg and cheese on toast is yummy. Buttered toast, cheddar cheese and a fried egg is a great way to start any day. My son absolutely love the cheese steaks. Packed full of chopped up steak, peppers and onions.You're not going to get glamorous but you will get delicious food!

Best for breakfast in town. Great lunch as well. World famous half and half. If you can get the seafood special on Fridays

What a great takeout comfort food spot! This place is for those hardworking blue collar workers. Know what you want to order and don't ask if it's gluten free type place. Wide selection of food and the portions are big. Definitely have to get their half & half ice tea.

Finally came here for breakfast after being told by a few people. 6.00 cream chipped beef with home fries, bacon and 3 slices of toast . Couldn't finish it but it was great.

I got a hamburger sub fries and coke. I expected the normal blah sub.But that wasn't what I got this sub reminded me of the old Higs and Niks subs fresh hand-made hamburgers lettuce tomato mayo fried onionstold my wife what reminded me of Nick's Subs and Mr. Freads High's back in the '60s and '70s. I know their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well. It reminds me of Nicks and the old Highs you have to look for it on the right side coming off Ritchie Highway. Nice people like 6 tables nice and cozy from the time you order to food in hand maybe not long at all I'll well be back.

Got a cheeseteak and fries. Barely any meat and the meat I got is extremely fatty. Fries are over salted so much that they're unedible. Two bites of the cheesesteak and one French fry.Terrible. The worst sub I've ever had in my life. ​

No frill and under the radar. Great stop for affordable comfort food. Pretty fast as well.

Breakfast is excellent at Furnace Branch Carryout as is their other items. I would recommend anybody that is looking for good food at reasonable prices to patronize this restraunt. It is worth the effort.

This is a great place for fast service and tasty food. I have had BLTs for years and they never disappoint. Also, the home fries are delicious. The line up of soups is 3-4 selections that are definitely home-made. Inexpensive, made to order, fast service, delicious.... This is a carry-out operation, but there are plenty of tables available for eating your carry-out order. You can't go wrong.
