Fuji Mama

The bento box here was underwhelming. This is mall food court food, so my expectations were met, but they were not very high. The teriyaki beef was good, but did not appear to have teriyaki sauce on any part of it. The rice came in a block, like it had been sitting around for a while, and the spring rolls were significantly improved by duck sauce. The best part of the meal was actually the little pile of steamed veggies, which were fresh and crisp. I probably will try a different spot next time I'm at the mall.

Great healthy stir fry with vegetables for the win. I love eating here the food is always consistent and hot.
