This was a very enjoyable hibachi experience. The chef was entertaining and the food was very good. Exactly what I expected for this type of experience. The hibachi comes with fried rice, lo mein, salad with a very good, sweet, peanut dressing, a clear mushroom soup you could skip, vegetables, and your choice of protein. This place also serves sushi, which we ordered as an appetizer, and honestly, that was very forgettable. If you're looking for a meal and a show, this is a great option.

Restaurant divided into 3 sections: bar, hibachi grills, and regular dining. Cannot speak to the Hibachi or bar, but the Sushi is excellent. Expect a crowd, reservations are best (esp. if going to the Hibachi section). The ambience is okay, mostly due to the high volume of customers I suspect. My spouse and I consider them our "go-to" place for sushi and sashimi.

Place has a nice ambiance, little on the dimmer side. Food was a bit salty, but overall decent flavor. 18% gratuity added to the bill automatically. If you share a plate there's an extra charge of $5. Hibachi comes with noodles so if you want fried rice that's an extra $2.95. Apparently it's stated in the menu but I didn't read all the fine print. For 1 steak 1 salmon and 1 kids steak hibachi no drinks total was $73. Server and chef were nice. Bathrooms were clean. Just wish we would have been told about the extra charges up front.

Okay, so I just left after waiting 15 minutes and not being served. When they finally came to take our order, we requested no butter in the prep of our food for medical reasons. They said they could prepare our food in the back, but we would still have to wait for others to be seated at our table since we only had three people in our party and they wanted to fill the hibachi table. We totally would have waited another 10-15 minutes if they would have accommodated our health-conscience request/ dietary restrictions for no butter on our food... this has never been an issue at Benihana or other hibachi restaurants, so I'm beyond confused and super annoyed. The staff was condescending and did not advise us upon being seated that we would have to wait for other potential walk-ins. We feel we were discriminated against due to ongoing medical issues which they refused to properly accommodate. I know the hibachi show is built into the price, but seriously, requesting they NOT use butter in the show is ridiculous! I was really looking forward to hibachi scallops and fried rice, but it looks like we're having Italian tonight! Customer service = 0 stars Management = 0 stars

Whether you go hibachi or pull up to the sushi bar, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Sushi rolls are not as robust in terms of size as other places in the area, but presentation and taste is still worth going back for. Has one of the best kani salads - simple but good. Fried tofu is light and tasty.

Nice little Japanese steak house located in a small outdoor mall setting. They have the usual hibachi experience of preparing the meal while you watch seated around the table. Nothing special about the show they put on, but it is always fun to watch. Food is good. Portions are okay, of course you are paying for the experience too. Enjoy the sushi here as well as the Hibachi. They do seem to have more sushi options that than other steak houses, and it is quite good as evidenced by the amount of effort they put into that alongside the grills. We actually prefer to come here for the sushi to have alongside a hibachi entree without all the show. Facility is clean, atmosphere is quiet and service is nice, so all-in-all a fine place to visit for a Japanese steakhouse experience and even better for the sushi bar.

Well..... l was greatly disappointed in my Hibachi shrimp lunch. The shrimp were good but that's where it ends. Vegetables were mushy and the rice was terrible. Absolutely NO comparison to Sakura restaurant in Annapolis. Needless to say we will never come back.

My family orders Fuji takeout every few months as we enjoy many of the offerings, including the hibachi entrees. We ordered this past weekend and upon unpacking our order at home, we discovered that no salad and no hibachi sauces were included with our hibachi order. Unfortunately, it is the 2nd time we have had a negative takeout experience as with a previous order, the bag (an all contents in it) were soaked due to the hibachi container being improperly packed and leaking everywhere. The hibachi is what you would expect and is reliably good, however if you order takeout I would recommend checking your order before departing from the restaurant because it has proven to be hit or miss.
