Fuji Hibachi & Sushi

I ordered the udon noodles combo, spicy tuna, and spicy salmon. The spicy tuna, AND the spicy salmon tasted exactly the same. In fact, I think they gave me two orders of a regular tuna roll. Both orders were bland - no spiciness to them. But the sushi did not taste fishy and was a good consistency. The udon noodles were cooked well, but the flavor was lacking. Would I come back to this location? Sure if I'm really hungry. But if the food doesn't get better, the next one or two times I visit then I'd say it's not worth it.

Fuji Hibachi & Sushi recently opened so I gave it a try for lunch. While it's not a full service restaurant, there is a dining area for patrons to eat once their food is ready and two bathrooms for customers to use. The staff was very welcoming upon entry and was also very knowledgeable and informative when asked questions of their menu, how the food is prepared, etc. I ordered from the Hibachi Lunch Special and got Chicken and Salmon teriyaki with Vegetables and Fried Rice and a bowl of Mushroom Soup. The food was cooked to perfection and was cooked to order so it was nice and hot once I got home to eat it. I will certainly be returning to try more of Fuji Hibachi & Sushi as I was extremely pleased with my first meal! Two thumbs up, 5 out of 5 star rating!

I like this place. The food is good. The service is good except they don't like putting soy sauce in the bag. I order from them ask for soy sauce and if I send someone else to get the order, no soy sauce. We don't keep soy sauce at work. I really want them to do better with that. The restaurant is nice, a little slow with taking orders sometimes. Otherwise the food is good and fresh.

Ordered carry out from here and it was pretty good but lacked a little flavor. I got the steak and chicken hibachi with double fried rice along with the fried shumai, which is a dumpling with shrimp. The thing is I get shumai frozen from Traders Joes and I have to say Inlile TJ better but It is a worth a try if you are curious. I will probably try something else next time if there is a next time.

I called my order in and it was ready by the time I got there. An older gentleman rung me up and was polite. Inside seemed nice and clean. I ordered the shumai and the fried nite roll. Everything was nice and fresh. Excited to have a sushi place close to home! My only complaint is that they forgot chopsticks but they did give me a fork so meh...i guess I'll try them again

I visited yesterday. A little slow when it comes to taking orders. I would say patience is needed. Small rice portions and miso soup had no tofu in there. I got the tofu teriyaki it comes on a bed of veggies. Zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, baby corn, and onions. The same for the salmon and chicken teriyaki we ordered. We tried the side salad and it wasn't too bad, dressing they packed with it was nice as well. The establishment has a dine in area, but I expected a little more warmth in there. It seems like the place is definitely geared towards take out and not dining in experience but I'm not surprised bc i find that businesses over here tend to cater to not waiting folks in their businesses for too long. I'm waiting for a true dine in experience here in ward 8, and hoping someone is bold enough to open a true legitimate restaurant experience instead of constant take out spots. This plane also serves sushi, and i hope enough people take advantage. They serve ramen, which i haven't tried but looking at the description I don't know if it's the traditional ramen or not. Their sushi menu is long, a lot of fun looking rolls, the. Your maki rolls. I was hoping they would have more imported drinks but they're selection was limited, they have coke products though. Overall, i really actually enjoyed the texture of the tofu which they do differently quickway up the road. They coat them and fry them, the inside is not extra firm but not silkened, but it is softer. My partner was t a fan of the texture but I actually loved it and will definitely get it again. I'm just happy not to have hair in my food like quickway bc I've found it in my noods and haven't been back sense. The place is clean, but it's also new so I'll update after it's been in business for awhile.

Highly recommend! I want to try new things but I am stuck on the hibachi lol! The owner is very nice!

The food is so delicious and fresh. I visited and ordered food about 6 times since they been open. I always order the Hibachi Steak and Chicken. You also get with your meal a Salad and Soup. Staff are warm and friendly and will explain anything you do not understand. Love this place

Food was hot and fresh. I called my order in and it was ready when I got there. The gentleman at the counter is always polite. I asked to make my soup spicy and they did not disappoint.

This was my first time trying this place, thought it would satisfy my hibachi craving but obviously I was wrong. The food lacked flavor and it was not giving me 100% hibachi. It was durable. I ordered the steak and chicken, as I was eating I discovered something hard in my mouth while chewing. I then pulled it out and it was a human finger nail with purple polish on it. I instantly packed all the food up and returned for a refund. I showed what I'm assuming was the owner what I discovered, he stated he didn't want to argue and returned my money. He also stated there was no females that worked at the restaurant. I was really disgusted and a huge disappointment.
