Frederick Soups and Comfort Foods

Cute. Charming. Comfort. Quaint. Friendly. All words I would describe this place. It is a small place with some outdoor door seating in warmer weather. Good service. They have a rotating menu.I shared a MUFFALETA SANDWICH with my sister, and we each ordered a soup, CAULIFLOWER ROSEMARY BISQUE and SAUSAGE & 3 CHEESE MINESTRONE. Omg, sandwich and soups were AMAZING! So much flavors. We even order two more soups to go, WHITE CHICKEN CHILI and HAM AND DILL POTATO.Overall, a wonderful experience. Looking forward to returning and their ever changing menu.

It was our first time there and we were looking for a place to grab something that would keep us warm and also good. We had the potato verde soup and shared the Italian hoagie. It was really good. The service was good. If you are going in the winter, just make sure you wear your warm clothes because it's super cold in there. Other than that, enjoy your meal!

So sad it has take us so long to get out to try Frederick Soups and comfort foods but so glad we did!! The menu is fresh and perfectly comforting!

This is a cute little hidden gem in downtown Frederick! You just have to come at the right day/time because they are open during limited times. It's got a quirky and eclectic vibe inside. I remember when this used to be a different cafe.They have a rotating menu of fresh made soups and sandwiches. Pro tip: check their website or join their Facebook group if you want to know the latest menu.I had a pulled chicken burrito and it was fresh and delicious. They've limited seating inside, but they also have outdoor seating. I love sitting outside and enjoying this fresh healthy lunch. The owners are very friendly and the food comes out quick. I saw a couple of people getting food to-go which is a great idea if you were downtown Frederick!

Loved everything about this place! The food was so flavorful (tried two soups and a sandwich)! Such a wonderful space, and the owners were incredibly nice, accommodating and friendly!

Just a little over 5 minutes off the expressway and you come upon the best soup and sandwiches anywhere! I had the roasted pumpkin and cauliflower bisque ... beautiful presentation and flavor amazing. My husband had sausage: prosciutto/ lentil , hardy and flavorful perfect blend with a slight Smokey flavor. The avocado toast was a perfect mix with slivers of radishes on top.. would have never guessed that would work! Yes and the Turkey club wrap was excellent. We sat outside on this beautiful day . Loved the atmosphere inside and out with friendly vibes fromEveryone including the chef. Thanks for a relaxing delicious lunch!

Really flavorful sandwiches and soups. Great staff and fun space to sit and eat. Funky interior with interesting art and wood furniture.

Very cozy and quiet atmosphere with thoughtful decorations. The potato, sausage and cheddar soup was warming and delicious - perfect for December.

I really enjoyed the hearty soups, sandwich, and welcoming environment! Go there early and often.
