Frank's Pizza & Grill

In town, working just up the street from here. Stopped by had the 12" pepperoni pizza, with a medium drink. I thought the crust was really good, cook a bit on the crunchy side as I like it.

We loved Frank's Pizza. We enjoyed the Hawaiian Volcano pizza. It was delicious! The perfect amount of ingredients and the crust was perfect. The service was so friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the large area for sitting that felt comfortable and private enough for a date night. We can't wait to go back!

We picked this place because a fellow Yelper posted pics of skateboard decks, food and atmosphere that all looked awesome. When I pulled up to the lot, there was ample parking as no one was there at 2pm on a Monday.Disappointment set in when we entered as there was no clear expectations as to seating... seat yourself, don't, order at the counter, nothing. One employee was leaned over on his phone at the end of the counter. He grunted about the menu being online. We sat ourselves and saw one other family with an infant enjoying their lunch. A second employee appeared from the back, she was very friendly and smiled at the family and their infant.We placed our order, and here's where the 4 stars come in....- hand tossed pizza crust (good start, I've been searching for a joint like this- further menu exploration identified some eye popping options, and I can't wait to try more- more customers popped in, seemed like regulars who were excited to get their orders- table service and friendly (same dude from the counter)- good pizza/grill food.One of the best pizzas I've found in harford county. There is room for improvement here -- (bathrooms need attention) -- but all in all, what a cool little shop with darn good pizza, suns, sandwiches and other very intriguing items!

We ordered 4 cheesesteaks. 3 chicken cheesesteaks and 1 regular. When we got home, opened them and saw that the rolls were toasted and edges burnt on all cheesesteaks. The rolls are very dry. Cheese is laid on the bottom of the roll and it's a minimal amount of cheese. The steak is then placed on top of the cheese and not mixed into the steak. This was disappointing as the steak was on the dry side to begin with and so could barely taste the cheese. We ordered fried onions on 2 of the cheesesteaks and the onions were semi-raw with a bit of a crunch. I put ketchup on the cheesesteak to moisten it some.The cheesesteaks are expensive and if you want provolone (instead of American cheese) you pay $1.50 extra. The fried onions (which were barely fried) cost another $1.50. Overall the cheesesteaks were a real disappointment... $62 total to realize we should have just gone to Wawa for 1/2 the price. We won't frequent this establishment again.

Food is always amazing! Never got a bad slice yet i also recommend their cheesesteak!!

The pizza is fantastic, however usually when I call, the guy sounds pissed that I'm even ordering and it's not like I made anything complicated so I don't get it.

So .... What have I done to piss you off? Ordered at 8:07 tonight and the person who answered the phone said "that's not what you ordered" when I asked to verify what I was getting. They changed the order and said it would be more than an hour - okay. At 9:23 I called to check on the order and got the same person, who still sounds pissed if at me and said "Your order is out for delivery ". Got my food at 10. If I would have gotten a person who wasn't so crappy to talk to all would have been fine because the food is good.

dont go to this place. worst shop in havre de grace with ignorant staff. ordered food on the phone. went to pick up and after paying question why it was so expensive and was told the online prices are incorrect and they dont know how to change them. the price in the store is 50% more than advertise online. the manager then proceeded to tell me im S O L. because i already paid. unbeliveable service.

Food is great, customer service is great can't ask for a better service. Good portions as well. Carl is always looking ways to make pizza fun

The pizza was great! We ordered late on a weeknight for pickup, about 30 minutes prior to them closing, and they made our order right on time.
