I never ate there. The manager had a tone that I just wanted to try a slice. I will never go back. What a joke

This isn't the easiest place to find - the entrance is in the back of a low-rise office tower on Padonia Road. There are parking spots reserved in the rear lot for cafe customers. This is a nice little hole in the wall joint. I really enjoy the cheeseburger sub lunch special, but they also have a great assortment of salads and pizzas. They open too late for me to try the breakfast menu on weekdays, but one weekend I might drop in and give it a try. What's nice is that everything, even the french fries, are made to order. It might take a little longer than usual, but when you get your food it is piping hot and delicious! The seating is a little cramped, but this is basically a little shop in an office building! It makes for a cozy lunch spot.

I went here based on the menu alone and i really chose this place because it was so close to SnOasis for my dessert. The menu was large but the seating area was small. This place is defiantly more of a to-go place than a sit down restaurant. Its in an upscale building but the restaurant atmosphere is more like a downtown suburban pizza joint. Besides the semi okay atmosphere, the food is what really matters.Since I was in MD, i had to get the crab cakes, while my friends opted for the chicken parm sub. They loved their meals, since it was a large pieces of chicken but both said it was dry and had to ask for extra marinara sauce. My crab cakes were delicious and filling and my side of fries made it a perfect meal. There was only 1 person working the grill/taking orders/ doing it all, he didn't have much of a cutover service presence but when we asked for something he washable to provide us with what we needed. If i was in the area again, i would go back..maybe try a pizza next time around!

It took about 10 minutes longer than I was told for my order to arrive. It was not hot - just barely warm. I've ordered from them 3 times and the delivery always takes an hour or more and always longer than advertised. The food from this place is just not worth the wait. The salads were packed in the same container with warm foods and had wilted from the heat and were also soggy because the dressing was put on them instead of on the side. They were thrown away uneaten. The falafel and hummus was okay. The pita bread was not very good - it was wheat instead of white, which I don't like, and it was soggy because the salad dressing got all over it. I ended up eating the hummus with my own crackers. The carrot cake was terrible. It tasted old and was most likely from frozen, not homemade.Worst of all the spanakopita was not actually spanakopita. It was a spinach and mozzarella calzone. I will not be ordering from this place again.

One of my best pizza lunches. This place is outstanding. Great service, great people. Food is excellent! They have excellent fries and their pizza is fresh.

The reheated meatballs are a disaster. It takes a lot for me to write a one star review but after being served obviously reheated meatballs that were cold when they arrived I needed to. I don't mind when fast-casual restaurants drop frozen meatballs into sauce but don't make it blatant by serving them cold. The sauce was cold too, the only thing that retained any heat was the bread. A meatball sub from Subway is better than this. They offered to put it back in the oven but the only thing that accomplished was burning the bread. I didn't want to leave a negative review because the family that owns this place is so kind but they really can't keep up with the other fast-casual Italian places in Timonium.

Nice specialty pizzas and subs, but the old favorites are delicious too! Funky spot, but when you can get in and out easily along with getting a Snoasis snowball from across the parking lot it can't be beat. Good stuff!!

Found this place as a result of many appointments in the building. The prices are high but basically it was convenient for a quick bite. At first the food was good, but the last 2 visits were terrible. The Greek salad had tons of lettuce but little else. The only thing making it Greek was the feta cheese. The green peppers came with the pith and seeds attached. The cupcakes which have a wonderful milky frosting were raw and gooey in the middle and the ice crystals in the dough was as if they were pulled from the freezer. My last order, a Gyro, was cold topped with brown lettuce, and the yogurt sauce was tasteless. When I retuned my Gyro and told the owner of my dissatisfaction with both orders I was met with skepticism and defensiveness. After a long conversation I was only refunded part of the cost of the Gyro. Why not the whole amount after only one bite I do not know but I did not fight it.The food is not fresh and a lot of the products are frozen. I have a feeling the microwave is also used to prepare some food. I am not the only one in the building that has had a bad experience. My advice is stay away and find somewhere else to eat.

Okay, this place is called Frankie's Pizza. They have a decent take-out menu, and the service is good. The owner rang me up, and even though I had ordered 2 XL pizzas (which I thought were $10.99 each) and paid full price ($13.50 each), he told me I get a third pie for free. Working construction, I'm sure our crew will be excited when I bring back all this food! Just call and ask about prices, because the menu here is way off.

I ordered from this place today through Eat24 for lunch. They didn't deliver one of the orders of fries or the Sprite that was in my order; but, they actually tried to tell Eat24 that there weren't two fries on the order. Mind you the second order of fries (with gravy) I placed was a substitute for chili that they did not have. On top of providing poor customer service and arguing when they were wrong, they're delivery driver handed me the bag of food with a pool of gravy at the bottom. He actually held the bag sideways and all the gravy poured into the bag. Absolute horrendous experience. I will never order from Italian Cafe again. The Cockeysville/Timonium area is fairly lacking in delivery restaurants; but, anywhere else would be better than this place. P.S. Eat24 was fantastic throughout the entire experience and credited me $3.00 for the missing items since the restaurant couldn't be bothered to correct their own error.
