Best fried calamari we've ever had. Pizza is superb, with chewy crust. The veggie pizza is loaded with fresh vegetables. You can also order wine with your meal. You order at the counter and then sit down and they will deliver the food to your table. They also do a brisk carryout business. Once you get your food, it is pretty much self-service. (drinks, utensils) but they do clear off your table afterward. We are from Virginia, but we often make it a point to go there when we are visiting family in Bowie.

I've been wanting to check out Frank & Luke's for a while now and finally got the chance just before the new year. My family and I arrived here for dinner and were excited to hang out and try something new.We sat ourselves and then went about ordering our food. Our food was brought to our table by 2 different gentlemen, one who made small talk with my wife (who is el salvadorian). He asked in Spanish if she spoke the language, and the in Spanish asked if I and my kids spoke it. I thought nothing of it at the time and we went on to began eating our meal.My son then began to comment that the same guy who had spoken earlier was now lurking around and watching my wife, his actions were even noticed by my daughter. After keeping an eye out for it, I than began to notice it for myself. He wasn't just sneaking peeks at my wife he was full on glaring at her from in front of the kitchen window. He would stare at her even as I was staring at him, and when we made contact he would look away, but go right back to staring, smirking as if it was funny or a game. This obviously made me upset, and my wife very uncomfortable, to the point that she asked us to wrap up our meal so we could leave. I felt disrespected as a man, father, and husband by the actions that had taken place, and to add more insult the worker followed us to the front of the restaurant as we left still staring and smirking as we left the restaurant.I dropped my family at home and came back to speak to somebody about what had occurred. The same guy was at the register and told me that he was.in charge and that nobody else in the restaurant spoke English, which I knew was a lie.I needed up talking with a young man named Christian and explained what happened. The guy continued to try to cut into our conversation even after I had asked him to step away. I was given a card with the owners name and number, that I misplaced, but I did write an email which has since gone unanswered. As far as the foodThe chopped cheese and cheese steaks were okay, but we were not a fan of the barely melted sliced cheese that came on all 3 of the sandwiches we ordered. Also, the eggs on my sandwich were cooked over easy, but still runny on top which I didn't enjoy. I have never seen a spot that didn't just melt the cheese.over thr meat on the griddle before putting it on the bread but this place clearly doesn't if you look at the photos. The loaded fries reminded me of outback, and were pretty good. The fries reminded me of boardwalk fries. My son didn't like his pasta at all. There was no marriage between the pasta and the chicken, it was just placed on top with bread and had burnt bits that you can also see in the photos. We ordered wings, that were okay, but I'd pass on them quickly if I had other options, by the time we got the wings all of the awkwardness was in full swing and we were ready to start boxing up our food.I understand that some might think my food review could have bias because of the terrible experience we had during the visit, but even had everything went smoothly, I don't think that we would've returned for a second visit, just based on the food. The servings are big here, and most of the food looks good, but I don't think that they're as good as other places in the area that serve similar items. This is supposed to be a New York kitchen, but it's about as New York as a wooden cabin.

I am trying some of the local Crofton pizza spots and started here.First, I will say they have a cool selection of pizza options with interesting combinations. And if you are in the shop, you can buy pizza by the slice to try different options. We ordered the NY style pizza with bacon and sausage. It was a really good pizza and truly non complaints. Not too saucy and you could pick up the pizza without it falling apart. The only reason I am docking a star is the sides sadly. The wings were horrible! Soggy, barely cooked, and based with buffalo sauce. The calamari was decent. Not bad but also not MJ d blowing. And the garlic knots are solid if you like bread drenched in garlic butter. I personally liked it but could see it being a turnoff for someone else. Overall the service was good! The staff is really sincere, kind, and helpful.

Finally got to try this place. And like many others' experiences, while this came first, I personally went to Nonna Angela's beforehand. They are related indeed! I have been told to have their pizza, especially if I am one that really enjoys NY style. Been there done that, and every place has not been quite a hit for me, but I will try anywhere once! I placed an order for my friends and I to order a Buffalo Chicken pizza, Margherita, and Chicken/Jalapenos/Pineapple pizza. I was to rank them, it's in reverse order. Overall, excellent toppings. But I expected more from the buffalo flavor. The foldable crust was a win -- it took me a minute to determine how much I liked it. It's a softer crust, but it wasn't bad! What REALLY stole the show for me was the garlic knots though... I'm SOOO glad my friend decided to get some! They had me feeling some guilt, but they were so so delicious. I'd come back, but next time I HAVE to try their Nutella knots. By the way, if you dine in, you can get beer and wine!

We went here based on a recommendation from a friend. I ordered the Supreme Cheesesteak, and the Godfather Pizza 14" to share. We prefer New York Style Pizza, and enjoy a good cheesesteak. The service was great, Miss Norah took my order with a smile and seemed eager to make our dining an enjoyable experience. The Cheesesteak was great, the bread was fresh the meat tasty, and I liked that we had a choice of salad or French Fries. The pizza had a soft crust and enjoyed the fresh toppings. The ambiance was reminiscent of New York City with pictures and paintings. The restaurant was clean with the staff working hard to keep it so.

This may be the closest you get to NY Pizza in MD. The crusts are a little doughy but well cooked with a little char on the crust. Sauce is on the sweet side. The gluten free pizza crust holds together fairly well. Cut bigger pieces and fold them, otherwise the crust will fall apart. They were out of garlic knots, which made the kids very unhappy. Service was friendly and they bring the food to your table if you eat in. There is no direct table service, you have to order at the counter first.Remember to tip well.

So i was out in the Bowie area & ended up here for lunch. It's a nice set up reminds me of the Good Guys pizza place out Pikesvile. Only thing I will say sadly the pizza definitely wasn't as good as theirs was. First off my pepperoni pizza was way too greasy & the buffalo chicken one didn't has any type of flavor to it. Which was unfortunate cause the service was great it's just the pizza wasn't hitting on too much for me to ever come back.

This was the best combination of quality, warm & friendly service, and economy that have had in a dining experience in a long time! The food was amazing - Oven-fresh, piping hot, mouth-watering pizza! To top it Merton the best steak sandwiches ever!!The ambience is warm and welcoming, like going to Nonna's house, or a good friend's place!

Great-tasting pizza. Well-done crust, quick service, big dining area, great for gosting a party. Love the colors in the interior; very welcoming vibes. Plenty of parking and process were reasonable for a local pizza joint. Big menu with plenty of pizza complements. Took this for takeout and wish we just dined in because it got a bit cold on the ride back. Not a pizza connoisseur but I enjoyed the Greek pie I had here. Will try again
