Great place to have some quality time with the family. If you are looking for inexpensive fun, try Forest Hill Lanes Tuesday afternoon! Very affordable. Staff is friendly. They also have snacks if you are hungry.

The staff was not welcoming. They took 45 minutes to open the door to the restaurant that is connected to the bowling alley. Bowling is supposed to be fun.

After paying for a lane we requested a bowling ramp for a two year old. We were refused although THREE other families were helped the same way. When I attempted to speak to the manager he was immediately rude and dismissive. I would not go here. You can bowl, but the food and service are terrible. Not good for kids.

We have come to this bowling alley many times. Always had a great time. However, our experience today was very different. We spent HUNDREDS of dollars on 2 lanes for 2 hours and lots of food for 12 people. We brought a small cake for 6 kids as it was my daughter's 10th birthday. And they refused to let us bring in the cake because it was "outside food". I asked if they sell birthday cakes and they said no. So I don't understand what the big deal is with a little cake. Then, for the entire 2 hours, a staff member watched us bowling, never leaving our lanes. He was constantly disturbing us to tell us which balls we could and couldn't use, which buttons we were and weren't allowed to press, and every rule you could possibly think of. This kid took his job WAY too seriously. We weren't being disrespectful or destructive what so ever but they felt the need to give us a hard time about EVERYTHING. They were also giving the family next to us a hard time too. We definitely won't be returning.

Scheduled a 2 hour slot got our shoes ordered drinks from the window on the side of the bar ( everyone in group must show ID ). Food isn't with it in my opinion at the snack bar but it was a good wholesome family time lots of room to spread out nice lanes plenty of things to do

0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible place. Got yelled at for bringing a beer from the restaurant into the alley when I didn't and then I was refused service. Shook it off and then they ended our 2 lanes (150$) early and told us to clean up all of our trash and put away the bowling balls because they didn't feel like doing their jobs. This is just one of many bad experiences I've had here. I asked for a slice of pizza and the lady at the counter said she didn't feel like making it because they were closing soon and they also refused my friend A GLASS OF WATER. Over priced, shitty food, bad service, bad time. Go somewhere else and save your money.

Worst bowling alley experience. Went on Saturday night and the lanes kept messing up/scores were never right. They gave us 5 free games for the issues, however, when we tried to go back to use them they told us we can't cause the email had to be printed out. No where on the email stated it must be printed only that we must present the email. Also - their "night bowling" on Saturday is family event that you can't get alcohol at (which is fine but it's not noted anywhere it's "family night" which should be said)

Bad customer service. Lanes malfunction a lot. Since they are really the only bowling alley around in Harford County they don't care.

Took the grandkids during school break one afternoon and they loved it.we were made welcomed treated very nice.staff was very helpful getting the kids set up with shoes,balls and bumpers.made a smooth and fun outing.Thank you friends

I went here earlier today after driving 36 miles to here because of the deal for Saturday nights but I've never been treated so rudely. My mom made the reservation for me and my friends to come with us but I have a different last name so I was ineligible to go to my lane with my friends. First and last time coming to this place. Also we payed for three lanes and we only saw one of ours available. I demand a refund.
