As a fan of authentic ethnic cuisines and Indian is on my top lists, I am so glad I went here.Covid: seating were more than 10 feet apartDecor/Atmosphere: Clean and decorative Service: Absolutely fantastic!Cuisine: Also has South Indian dishes. I tend to order more than one or two appetizers and the same for the entree. I had Mysore Marsala Dosa, Salmon curry, aloo paratha, and an assortment of others. Each dish had so much flavor!I highly recommend!

Food is hit or miss, depending on what you order. The owner and the server were both friendly and helpful, but our server may have been new perhaps in training. The place is for the most part clean and comfortable but there is a clear lack of staff attention to detail. They probably cater to the office park surrounding the restaurant area during the week. But we visited during the weekend and perhaps our expectations based on yelp reviews were higher.

Semi casual Indian eats. Their mango lassi is one of my favorite. I went pretty basic and got butter chicken with rice, and it did not disappoint. I'm not a fan of the paratha but it was still tasty. Service was a bit slow but staff was friendly. I've definitely had better Indian food around here but it's still a good restaurant to try.

I had a craving for Indian food, but I wanted to try a new place so I searched for a spot with good reviews and stumbled upon Flavors of India and decided to give it a try. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by a very nice gentleman that sat us. Immediately noticed that alcohol was NOT an option I was sad as it was a Friday evening and at least wine with my dinner is the bare minimum. We decided to stay and give the food a try, I'm glad we did. We were the only patrons at the time and our waitress was a bit slow, she seemed to need help with placing orders in the system which caused a lag in her taking our entreé order. Everyone was so nice we were willing to overlook these small inconveniences, but others may not be as forgiving especially without wine or spirits. The restaurant has these cute little umbrellas decorating the ceiling with a side for tables and a side for booths. I noticed families began to trickle in and all the children were fascinated with the fish tank at the entry way. Now the most important part, the food was very good. I did try the masala corn and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. The samosas and my lamb were utterly delicious. Unfortunately, I don't think I would return for another dinner without an option for drinks as I pass many fabulous Indian restaurants to get here. The price point is solid though. I will say that I presented a coupon from Yelp and they seemed to be confused about the origins, but did honor it and I thought that was very generous of them. I can see they have lots of online orders and I know exactly why, the food is fantastic

We came here for a weekend lunch with a Groupon coupon. The restuarant is hard to find, tucked into a shopping centerr which itself has poor road frontage (somewhat par for the course in thew office-park areas of Columbia). Costs were a little steeper than expected (dinner pricing only at lunch, close to $20 for most entrees). Food was moderately overcooked but otherwise tasty enough. Service was slow given the near-emptry condition of the dining room. Our waitress certainly was sweet and engaging, but seemed distracted by other tasks. We live Indian food and did not dislike Taste. However, in this crowded field with many fine Indian restaurants in the Columbia area, there simply are better choices (Royal Taj, Mint Room...). Can't say we'll be back.

Very kind staff and delicious Indian food at reasonable prices. The Malaya corn was addictive although a bit chewy. Their butter naan was soft, pillowy, and some of the best I've had. I liked the vegetable curry and the lamb Rogan josh was flavorful and full of meat. Will definitely return to try more

Takeout order, picked up by my SIL, so I can't speak to the experience but just the food. Which was delicious! We shared Spinach Kofta (luscious sauce, so creamy), Hyderabadi that was flavorful and tender, the Special Flavors Biryani (quite good but very little shrimp), Vegetable Hakka Noodles with tender-crisp veggies and just a little kick to it. And of course there was rice. There was also an extra container of sauce which we couldn't really identify, but was tomatoe-y with a hint of sweetness, and it went well over the rice.I confess, I noticed a LOT of dishes on their menu that I have never even heard of, but that all sound wonderful. So although my family likes to try a new place each week, we are adding this to our "return again" list, just to try some of them.

This place had just two customers on a Friday night ! The service was quick but the food was below average. . The spring dosa was worse than winter .. cold and bland . I think they need to revamp this place soon.
