First Watch

This was my second visit to First Watch. My first time was at the Timonium location but it was smashed into a 1 hour lunch break so I didn't have time to take the entire experience in.This location is super close to my home (woo hoo) and recently opened. I decided to treat my Sidekick to breakfast on a crisp Saturday morning.They open at 7:00AM, we got in around 8AM. A few people spread out at various tables but not crowded. Kim was our waitress, very attentive. We ordered the Farmhouse Skillet Hash subbed the bacon for turkey sausage. Very tasty! I ordered a side of cheesy grits which looked better than it tasted, needed some salt to jazz it up, was a tad bit bland on first taste. We also got a very fresh tasting Morning Meditation drink which was surprisingly good. I'm not a fan of ginger but it was palatable.The restaurant was clean and the service was good. Our food was great and I plan to have plenty more breakfast dates here. Welcome to the neighborhood and thanks for bringing some local freshness to our neighborhood.

11'11'20241st of many visits !!First Watch, we welcome you w open arms !!Hubby and I visited at 8am.This place was ready for company!We were seated immediately. Greeted and assisted by Manuel.Manuel was great!He was pleasant and kind. Our order came out quickly, and perfect.We ordered the following. Fresh Seasoned Potatoes - Great consistently. A little too salty.Hardwood Smoked Bacon - Perfectly cooked and crispy. Trifecta - Turkey Sausage, Eggs w American Cheese, and Waffle. AMAZING !!I also grabbed a waffle and a side of bacon to take home to son. He devoured this food. He loved it !!We will definitely return asap !!What a great addition to Mill Run !!

A new First Watch opened in Owings Mills! The staff were attentive & friendly, the food came fast, and the check came quickly (pay when you are ready by QR or at the register) Mint Mocha Iced CoffeeCarrot Cake & Pecan PancakeMillion Dollar PotatoesIt is very sunny first thing in the morning, I hope they end up getting some blinds or shades. It makes the middle 4-6 tables unusable.

Went on a Saturday morning around 11:30a. It got busy right around that time. The wait time went from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. Food was good, similar to the other locations I have been to across the country. Our waiter was stellar and friendly! Very chill and relaxed environment. Everyone was having a good time.

I'm glad to have a "grown up iHop" nearby. The service was great, food was served up hot and fast, and our coffees stayed filled. We'll be adding this to our girls brunch meet up and after church options. The location isn't great, as it was built in a pretty overly-congested area as (good luck fighting Costco gas traffic on a Sunday to get parking).

My visit to the new First Watchnin Owings Mill disappointed me. My issue was not my food--my Traditional Breakfast was very good--but the service. It took an extremely long time for the food to arrive after my order was placed. It took almost 30 minutes to get eggs, bacon, and toast. I know this store has only been open for two weeks, but my experience was so different from what I am used to from First Watch. The ambiance was good. There are lots of people enjoying their meals. I will give them another chance, but probably not until after the holidays. Until then, I am going back to the Pikesville franchise.

New location! Stopped in for brunch with a girlfriend and it was busy! I expect it will be this way for a while with it being a new location and such close proximity to all the stores there. It was Sunday early afternoon around noonish so there was a wait; about 40ish minutes. They have a high top area that's first come for seating and then outside seating which we didn't know until after we sat at the high top that it's heated by heat lamps! It was a little chilly but we definitely would've sat outside, had we known that. Server was super polite. I did not catch her name but our food came out quick and hot! I absolutely love the purple haze which is like a lavender lemonade. It's topped with a lavender tea and is simply heavenly. No alcohol is served at this establishment, yet so it seems like that may be to come! Enjoyed our visit and will visit again in the future.

My first visit to the Owings Mills location. Parking is provided which is a plus. Interior is nice but the space is a little small. I was a able to join the waitlist online but upon entering, the space around the check-in area was a bit crowded and I'm concerned on how order is kept on busy days to make sure each customer is appropriately seated. My entire experience was cool until the end. I can't recall my waiter's name but for the most part, he provided good service. The food was good, loved the million dollar potatoes and the pancake. I ordered the traditional breakfast and chose the smoked ham which was also delicious. Once I received my meal, I requested a sprite which didn't taste good at all. The waiter confirmed that he received this complaint from another customer and said he would replace it. I requested an orange juice, that orange juice never came. Many minutes later I happen to catch him and request an extra glass as we had water brought to the table. That extra glass never came. What did happen next was our bill was placed down and the water taken away from the table as the kitchen staff were in the process of washing dishes. Considering I still had a good portion of my food to finish, not having a drink and basically being forgotten at some point put a damper on the rest of the experience. I'm not against visiting in the future.

Food was on point. Delicious, hot and fast. The was a slight wait at 10:30 ish on a Sunday morning. We opted to sit at the "bar". Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean, organized and well run. We chatted extensively with the manager on duty and well as the one of the shift leaders. Both were friendly and happy. It showed how much they love their jobs which is a testament to a well run company.

This place is average at best, like ihop but more expensive, though the service was good, food not so much.
