This was a 5 star experience! From the time we walked in, the hostess was very nice and accommodating as we needed a highchair and a sling for a car seat. They gave us both and a table that was spacious enough for our family. Our waitress, Brenna, came over and was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and she was super informative. I ordered the three course meal: a BLT salad, salmon and shrimp, and the creme brulee cheesecake for a dessert all for $40. The salad was delicious, my salmon and shrimp was plated beautifully but I think my shrimp was slightly undercooked. Other than that, the salmon and veggies were amazing. I also enjoyed the cheesecake very much! I was full from dinner but couldn't resist the cheesecake after the first bite. The establishment was very clean, including the bathrooms. I liked the low lightening, it set the perfect mood and like I said before, everyone I interacted with with very nice. I loved it here and would likely visit again anytime i visited Frederick!

The server was so kind and greeted us warmly and maintained eye contact which is such a lost skill nowadays. The manager came by and asked how we were doing and she was super sweet as well. The food was delicious! I had the shrimp and grits. The sauce was perfect and the shrimp was also seasoned to perfection. The only thing I didn't like were the tomatoes but overall 8.5/10. My boyfriend had the hot honey sandwich and he loved it. He took a bite into and we realized that it had two chicken patties and got hyped lmao. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. The ambiance was calm and family friendly. If we are ever in the area again we'll be back!

I went to meet a friend at Firebirds in Frederick. Upon arrival - the host greeted us and sat us down. Great customer service from host. Our waiter was nice but wasn't attentive :( I gave it a three star due to decent burger and manager asking how was everything.

My husband and I decided to give this restaurant a try for seventh year wedding anniversary. We have been to Firebirds restaurant before currently different state. As soon as we walked in, we are graded by three staff, who were very welcoming, and offered us a seat at the bar or patio while we wait for our table. Less than two minutes we were sitting at our table. if you like appetizers, we absolutely loved the eggrolls and deviled eggs! Main meals - ordered a Colorado salad and salmon spinach salad, but we changed out the salmon for steak instead. The drink pineapple vodka martini is now one of our favorites! Hats off to our waitress she was the best. Her name was MIA - so helpful, made great food and drink recommendations, pass by our table often to check in on us. Have you got to try this place, you won't regret it!! Enjoy

Great steakhouse. I wasn't in the mood for steak, so I opted for their firebirds chicken pasta. It was excellent, but come hungry because it's a TON of food. My coworker got a mid-rare ribeye. That was a much more reasonable portion of food, just be wary of ordering too many sides. Not because they're bad, but because it's delicious and you will either waste a lot of food or eat yourself into a world of regret. The steak itself was big and juicy, perfectly cooked. Pretty well priced steaks considering the quality. Obviously if you're on a budget I'd advise Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. But you know, splurge a bit and get something better. You do actually get your money's worth here. The waitress was very friendly and almost TOO attentive. We were being checked on and asked if we needed anything every 5 minutes. It was great customer service to the point where it's borderline annoying! I can't mark it down for going above and beyond, though! Clean and good atmosphere. They have a professional, well-managed kitchen visible to the customers that is great to watch. Similar to Hell's Kitchen style.

this restaurant has been open for sometime now and the service is still up to par. The food choices are good and pricewise you get what you pay for. The portion sizes are great. It's also a great place to take friends and family. They have brunch on the weekends. It's a great place to try new things and the bar items are usually pretty pretty Us.

We visited Firebirds on 9/14/24 and sat at the bar and ordered our meal Gabby was serving us and made me a meal an incredible old fashioned, she was very knowledgeable about the drink explaining the different types (not having to be sweet). Our meals came out quickly and all at the same time even though the restaurant was busy.All cooked to order! I will make be back!Thank You

12/31/24 I will say this. From the moment we walked in until we left, the service and atmosphere from the bar, hostess and server were above what we expected. Everyone was very friendly, service was excellent and the food was awesome. Thanks to all of you that were working New Year's Eve, you made our night a very special one.

We have ordered delivery from here a number of times. Not being from here we thought the food was pretty decent for delivery even though it is expensive. Today we tried going to the restaurant for the first time. We had been really craving a good burger. While the hostess was very attentive, our server really was not. The restaurant was not super busy when we were there but everything just took a very long time. I will say we were pleased that there was a nice variety of seating options. Being short and fat myself and my husband having low mobility, we tend to prefer to sit in low chairs without arms and there were definitely plenty of those but there were also lots of booths, countertop tables and bar seats for those who are interested in that. steak fries were the best I think I've ever had. But our burgers both had stale buns and the cheese on my burger was so cold it was making the burger cool off quickly. Overall it was a disappointment for what we expected.
