Met my son's family for dinner here this week, as it was about halfway between us. I was raised in San Antonio, so I prefer traditional Tex-Mex, which this isn't, but it was a good meal. We started with the guacamole, which was very good. The chips were fresh and not greasy. The adults split an order of tamales, which were the thicker, wider ones rather than what I grew up with so I probably won't get if we meet there again. I had the chicken tostadas, which were quite good. I forgot to notice what my son and daughter-in-law ordered, but they cleaned their plates so it must have been good. My granddaughter enjoyed her kids meal. The decorations were fun and the service was good. The nice thing about being in a strip mall is there as plenty of parking, unlike some of the places we have met.

Once again my son took us to a wonderful restaurant! I do like his choices. This lovely restaurant is tucked in a shopping plaza. There were seven of us and we were seated in a separate section from the other patrons so it felt like we were a private party. Our server, Alyssa was a delight. She wasn't afraid to make recommendations when we asked. We started with the cheese dip and guacamole. Both were great. My kids were scraping the sides of the bowls to get every last bit! I had the seafood brochette. It was so good I was practically purring. The portions were generous and the presentation lovely. I finished both skewers but did not complete all the sides. I was comfortably full. Everyone enjoyed their meals. One dish looked better than the next! Highly recommend if your looking for good Mexican food.

We stopped by for dinner in a Sunday evening. The place wasn't busy and located in a huge shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Our waitress was great, food came out very fast and was delicious. My daughter and I had quesadillas and guacamole, both were yummy!

First and foremost the kind people who work here make you feel so warm and welcoming. The service was incredible. The food was fresh,great tasting and plentiful. We had homemade guacamole that was awesome. The chips and salsa were on point. The nachos grande were very well seasoned covered in queso and were incredible. My wife and I had camarones a la Diablo and they did not disappoint. The shrimp were plump and juicy and the exact right amount of heat. My son had the steak tacos x3 and he devoured them. Slightly too much cilantro though. The spicy 21 seeds cucumber margaritas were incredibly delicious . We were here for parents weekend for our daughter who is a student at UD and we truly cannot wait to come back again.

My family of 5 stopped here while travelling through for dinner. I ordered the jalepeno&cucumber margarita, which exceeded expectations. Food was amazing, the service was fast, and prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Fiesta Maya may be a good option for you!I really like how you are greeted by a greenery wall with a cute neon menu. The menu offered traditional Mexican food and drink options but, the one thing that stood out the most about this restaurant the most to me were the churros!Overall, when I think about how Fiesta Maya compares to its local competitors my experience was just ok- because portion sizes were a little small, I didn't feel that the menu descriptions matched the food I received (ex. tacos are actually street-style but that was not indicated on the menu) and the service was a little impersonal.

It was my first time there and I wish I had tried it sooner. Both my friend and I ordered the Maya Bowl and it was delicious. The shrimp were perfectly grilled and everything was fresh and well-seasoned. The portion was just right, too. I'm anxious to try other menu items but I will definitely order this again on another visit. The service was great. Our food and red sangria were served within a reasonable amount of time and our server was attentive. The background music was at the perfect volume. Our seats were comfortable, everything was clean and the lighting was good. I definitely recommend this place!

I was in the bar area enjoying fun and laughs with my friends and family and someone from the dining area complained about my laugh. I never said anything offensive, I was just laughing. So I was confronted by staff to not laugh and so we left. Food is great and drinks are delicious. Bartenders are great too, but if someone in dining room speaks, the bar is no concern. SMH

No free chips and salsa with take out orders? Fiesta maya has lost a long time dedicated customer with this one. I'll be back when the chips & salsa it takes them Pennies to make are free. That's like an Italian restaurant charging for bread.
