It's open late, and was close to our hotel by BWI, so it was this, another mediocre place I'd tried before, or a chain. This was the least of those options. It was gas station-quality pizza to be kind. Crust was dry, flavorless, and hard. The "Italian" sausage topping had zero fennel flavor. The place even looked sketchy and not particularly clean. Don't let the Italian name fool you, no Italian has ever set foot in their kitchen.

The pizza was good. A little stingy with the toppings but good. The wings were crispy and not soggy. Amazing for delivery. My kid actually ate the food so it's not bad. Open late and delivers to the hotels around. They take credit cards but charge extra for that. Busy later at night because they are the only thing open!

We just came from a 14 hour flight and food was a must !! Let's start with the good parts, the delivery guy was great. But everything else was average, the pizza was nothing special, the spaghetti sauce needs more flavor, and the boneless wings was alright. Their garlic bread was real soggy and not toasty at all. For something that was suppose to taste garlicky, it taste like stale bread. What I am super disappointed on was their Diet Coke. It was super expired, February of this year. I was so disappointed that the first thing I ate back in the states is this.

After looking for parking to go for a run around the BWI trail, decided to order a veggie pizza with a pick up time after my run to justify parking in their parking lot. Well, this was a great move of my part because otherwise I would not have known how tasty the pizza is there. The location and interior is nothing spectacular. Pretty basic, located on a dead in street, on the corner.... by the looks of it prior to COVID-19 it may have not been too active with dine in customers but who knows. A small veggie ran $17 or so, comparable to other places. The veggies tasted fresh, the sauce was flavorful and just enough that the toppings didn't slide off with every bite. Friendly staff and was on time with the order.

Ordered an XL New Yorker and a Greek salad. 2.5 Stars from me. The good: Pizza had pretty good flavor and they weren't cheap on the cheese. The salad was fresh and had a lot of feta cheese on it, so that's always a plus. The bad: The guy answered the phone "carry out or delivery." Not even saying the name of the place or anything like "hello," "good evening, Ficini, how can I help you?"The XL New Yorker is 17.99 and appears to basically be a regular old pepperoni pizza. A 5 topping is 17.99, so how is a one topping 17.99? I was thinking it'd be extra pepperoni or something. I think if I ordered an XL Pepperoni and and XL New Yorker, the same pizza would come out and maybe based on the price of an XL cheese pizza and adding a single topping, the one without the special name would be cheaper. Went in to pick up the food, and I stood there for a good 90 seconds watching everyone hangout in the back before being greeted. Not the most professional thing ever. Back to the salad.... They gave us a single packet of ranch dressing for a decent sized Greek salad. Ranch? On a Greek salad? Are we savages? Greek salad should have Greek dressing or a simple vinaigrette. I'd eat the food again, but it seems a bit like amateur hour there. They need to sharpen up the customer service, find some consistency on their menu and pricing, and honestly... Lower the pizza prices some. The pizza I ate should have been 13-14 at most, not 17.99. The salad shouldn't been maybe 6.99, not 7.99 - and certainly NOT served with a packet of ranch.

I order cheesesteaks almost everywhere I go and this place, has GOOD cheesesteaks. I order from this place because I work near this location, and if I am going to work late, I need a cheesesteak. Ficini's has become my go-to cheesesteak place. Perfect amount of condiments and it is always delicious.I also order the jalapeno poppers. This is the third time I have ordered them and today was the first time I have actually gotten the ranch that I ask for each time. I will keep this review at 4 stars though because the jalapeno poppers are so good I don't even mind not getting the ranch. They are the perfect size to pop in your mouth and eat in one unhealthy, fried bite.They have fast delivery, which is what made me order from them in the first place. I always go through grubhub and luckily, this place was on there. I'm happy I found this place.Oh also, last time I ordered the chicken tenders platter, which comes with chicken tenders AND fries. Guess what... they forgot the fries. When I called to let them know, they were very helpful and sent out an entire order of fries within about 20 minutes. The fries were hot so I could tell they were freshly made. I'll definitely order from them again.

Run down and really awful food, nothing is freshly made or flavorful. Go somewhere else, even chain pizza places have better tasting pizza than this place!

We had them deliver to our hotel-- accidentally gave them the wrong address! Oops! The pizza was still hot and-- delicious!! Highly recommend. Perhaps they had a change after the negative reviews. Super happy!!

Absolutely horrible do not order food from here ever customer service very rude all they want to do is come to your place of work and shove menu down your throat I work at a hotel in bwi and I ordered from here me and a co worker very rude and nasty food was cold I was told I was goin go get discounted off my food because they come to my place of work and give us menus absolulty so disappointing I get there I paid full price and then he forgot my sodas -0 stars horrible horrible horrible. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible
