Easy to park, a good number of picnic tables to eat at, and a short but sweet menu. They have beef, turkey, ham, chicken, as well as hot dogs & fries. Service is usually fast. Very casual environment, you sit by the highway but there is a good distance and tent to keep you comfortable.

Pit beef seems to be a thing in Maryland, so what is one to do when driving through the countryside except stop at a highly rated roadside stand?Pit beef for those not from the area is like the meat you'd get on a Philly cheesesteak. I'm sure it's not quite the same, but it's a good description for the uninitiated who might think it is meat cooked in a pit aka bbq of some type. We may or may not have thought this before stopping. They'll ask how you want your meat cooked. We said medium the , upon eating, wish we'd said medium rare. Live and learn. It's truly personal preference. Sauces were excellent as was the shared bag of fries.

You will always get a fresh made sandwich that is packed with meat At fast Eddie. My sandwich today is sausage and ham and cheese on a roll. Excellent as always.

This is a really nice spot. Great authentic Maryland Pit Beef, and a very nice family running the shop. Everyone there was extremely nice and our order was out fast. The food was delicious. French fries were authentic Maryland, too. Like Thrashers is OC. We will definitely be back.

Driving through the area, Yelp brought me here for my sudden pit beef craving.The only other pit beef sandwiches I've ever had were at Boog's in Camden Yards and Chap's in Media, Pa. So I'm not a real expert in this type of sandwich.But I can't imagine they get too much better than this one. All I needed was a basic rare beef sandwich. No condiments. Wanted the real flavor. And I wasn't disappointed. It went down real easy. Juicy and great charcoal taste. Now I gotta get back to the area again and become a pit beef aficionado.

I placed a catering order for pickup at 10:30am right when they opened. I expected to have a little bit of a wait because of the early order- but there was ZERO wait. My large order was ready-hot and waiting for me. My entire staff thoroughly enjoyed the pit beef and wings. The staff was pleasant and the beef had the perfect mixture of rare- med- and normal beef in the box. The staff even helped me carry it out to my car. 10/10 I feel like a valued customer and I will be returning.

The food was excellent and I go there a lot. The cost is very fair. See you soon next time we will take some friends. Who doesn't like pit beef?

Pit beef, fries and creamy macaroni cheese was very good. open face roast beef with fries and gravy was good an old time favorite!

The food was delicious the put so much beef on my sandwich that I could have made two sandwiches out of it. The food was very hot also. Great place to eat!
