Best freshly prepared food in Catonsville. Their Poke bowls are supreme to any you may have ever had.

Their Maryland Crab soup is one of the best I've had, as a lifelong Marylander, that's saying a lot.Their food is so fresh and excellently prepared. SO many healthy choices and variety that I wish I could go there every day.The staff waiting on and preparing the food are so kind and provide excellent service.I go to eat there every chance I get. The furnishings and music and vibe are very cool

I was really excited to try this place since the school I was working at was less than 10mins away. There aren't many healthy food options in this area; it's a food desert. What I received was not as pictured. It was soggy and tasteless. I will not be back.

Great selection of fresh salad items, poke bowls and teas. It's a cozy restaurant that's a bit hidden in the shopping center area but definitely worth a visit.

Was in Baltimore for the day and wanted something fresh! Stopped by and was really delighted with the VAST menu options and fresh ingredients! I got a strawberry banana smoothie and this AMAZING Brussel sprout salad. 10/10. Service was quick, attentive and convenient. Spacious atmosphere that was clean and quiet. Definitely come back anytime I'm in BMore.

I came in during lunch. It was a cute shop with seating inside and outside. There were a lot of options so it did take us some time to decide. But I got a the californicaton poke bowl. It was so fresh and flavorful! The prices were good for the amount of food. I will definitely return!

I popped in for a healthy lunch while working in the area. Despite their being three employees up front, I was never greeted. As I processed the very large menu, I asked if I was able to sub the lamb in the Greek salad wrap for roasted chickpeas. The question seemed to bother him a little, but he said it was possible. The Greek Salad wrap was good, but I feel the chickpeas were a bit undercooked bc they were hard. Being vegetarian, chickpeas are a part of my normal diet so maybe I could have just been picky. As soon as I open the parchment paper the wrap fell apart so I ended up eating as a salad pretty much. Overall the taste was good and the wrap was filling.I think if I were in the area I would come back and try some other options. I definitely think the customer service needs work.

Ok after finding the place at 10 minutes before closing I walk in and thought I knew what I wanted until I started to read the menu. I was greeted upon entering but was not asked if I was ready until I stop reading the menu. even though they were about to close, they did not rush me at all so once I placed my order, the young lady was super super nice and patient. And the salad OMG I had the Buffalo Bill or something those pretzels pieces was the perfect touch. Will be back

Yah people who wrote good reviews are tripping. The food is over priced and disgusting that I just want to throw up eating it. I got a chicken BLT Caesar salad and has no taste - it was super bland. I can barely taste any flavor from the Caesar dressing as well as the chicken and the salad barely have Parmesan cheese. I also got a cream of crab soup and the soup is lumpy (not because of the crab meat) -- never seen anything like it. Definitely not returning.
