El Zarape

First time being here and the staff was really nice. I tired the el pastor and really liked it. The flavors were perfect. It was the best thing i order. I also tried the carne asada which I didn't like at all. It had two many connective tissue which made it really chewy and tough. I took one bite and ended up spitting it out. Th birra tacos were just ok. There is a good amount of meat but the meat lacked flavor and was overly spicy. The sauce also was super thin and had an off putting taste like it was made with canned tomatoes.

This place is newly opened, and my wife really wanted to try it. We came in and we're greeted by the staff who is super friendly. The food was delicious. My wife and I both got the Carne Asada and it did not disappoint. The chips and salsa were amazing. I felt the price is very reasonable for what you received. The chips were so amazing that I accidentally filled up on chips, lol. I only was able to eat half my burrito. Lol. That just means that I get to enjoy the restaurant again when I get home later.My wife stated " I think I know where I want to come for my birthday" which saved me a whole lotta thinking. Lol. The atmosphere is very comfortable . Will do doubt be back soon.

Service was exceptional and so was the food. This is a family run business with ties to the community. A welcome addition to the area. Authentic food and reasonable prices. The burrito was great.

Always the best spot to go to. I've gotten my friend and family hooked on this place. Food is some of the freshest I've ever gotten, I visited a spot in NY for birria tacos and haven't been able to find anything as close to how good it was, that is until I tried this place. The ambiance is always so friendly and the restaurant is so clean, the people are so friendly and it's family owned. They also do delivery within a certain radius. Overall, If you had a thought about coming here, just get in your car and go. You won't regret anything on the menu and you'll probably get more than you were looking for!

Service that goes above and beyond. Food that has true, authentic flavors without worrying if something like the salsa is too spicy. It's always clean, the bakery items do change and rotate out, and IMHO it's the best in Dundalk and possibly greater East Baltimore. Value is on point. This place is "Dining as It Should Be."

I ordered takeout from here and it was so good! Their flan was so good I crave it on a regular basis. Everything I had was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this place. Coming from California, my expectations for Mexican food are really high and they did not disappoint.

This place needs more business and more reviews because it is a 10/ 10 location The staff is as friendly and welcoming as it gets The food and the sweets are spectacular Everything taste fresh & the inside is spotlessYou can tell the workers actually care and have pride in their job You won't ever regret spending your money here Try the horchata !!!

Wanted to try this place for awhile now and it was wonderful! Our server was very attentive and the food came out quickly. Food was pretty good we both got the chicken fajitas which were great portions! Would love to see this place get more love :)*photos were taken after eating a little bit *

Bad service ,we order like 6 order of birria tacos ,they cancel our order without a reason we call the store to check what happened and they just said that today they will open late... we called and tried to get a new order and they were not trying to accommodate. They did however, but wasn't trying to give everything we were missing or was rock hard. I know everyone has bad days but for a first impression we were not pleased. This was the corn it was watery
