Absolutely ecstatic about the return of the chef that made the Washington Post@'s restaurant critic, one of the best places to eat delicious Mexican food. I will be returning again and again to enjoy sumptuous mole, menudo, enchiladas verses and other delightful dishes.

My favorite place for late night steak tacos. This place stays open till at least 1am and you can order food until closing. I've never sat down, but I order over the phone and pick up. Very loud music so be mindful when ordering at night.

My coworkers and I came here for lunch while at a training at the nearby Holiday Inn. My Spanish speaking coworker called and inquired about their lunch menu items. We needed a quick lunch and the person on the phone said our food would be ready in ten minutes, so we decided to dine in. No free chips and salsa, but we really didn't care. We were the only patrons except for two men across the way. We all ordered enchiladas of some kind or another. They were $10.99. They didn't have just cheese ones on the menu, but they made them for me. They were delicious and super cheesy. I ate them really fast as time was ticking away to get back to the hotel. Our waitress let the four of us have separate bills. Fair warning: If you pay in cash you won't get your coinage change. It was only $0.35, but I don't think that is a very good practice. Still, I plan to return someday and treat my friend that lives nearby. I'll pay with credit card though.

Pros: The guacamole was very fresh & tasty. The salsa was surprisingly good. It wasn't the salsa I've typically seen at Mexican restaurants. It was mostly liquid with a few diced tomatoes & lots of cilantro - but again, the flavor was on point. Cons: The actual entree (fajitas) I ordered was not good. Very, very, very bland. No flavor whatsoever. Luckily it was a to go order, so I seasoned it myself at home. Otherwise I don't think I would have eaten it. The rice was bland. Reminded me of frozen microwaveable rice. They forgot the tortillas. I always get beans with fajitas at other Mexican restaurants. I guess they forgot those too. My fajitas just came with a small container of lettuce with a slice of lime.

The tortas at this spot is delicious. The portion is perfect and is not skimping at all. You will be filled. The service was good and I felt the warm vibes of the place. The location is tucked away which I think makes this spot a true hidden gem. I actually found this spot by mistake.

We came here one night on our way home because it was one of the only places open. I have to say, I'm glad we came! The food was very good. I had wanted tostadas but I guess they were out of shells, so I ordered the sopes instead with carne asada. We also got carne asada tacos and a cóctel de Camarón. Everything was very very good! The service was good, the place is nothing fancy. I recommend it!

This could go down as one of my worst Mexican meals that I can remember. Here is a rundown of each dish:- Chicken Soup: looked like canned chicken broth with some carrots and squash. Little flavor and not goodNachos: scary.....cheese was from can like the creamy one. No sign of real cheese. A couple small pieces of chicken and a bit of pico on top. Chicken Fajitas: bland would be an understatement. Just not restaurant quality by any stretchBurrito: my son ate it and didn't complain. But when asked he said Chipotle is a 5 star restaurant compared to this place. Service: each step of the way I had to ask:Can I have a forkCan I have a spoonDo tortillas come with fajitas Is there any salsa The waiter was alone, but all these things could have been brought prior to our food. She also looked annoyed with every request. The killer is they added 18% gratuity on top do the bill. The waiter said it's legal, but no other restaurant did it during out stay in Baltimore. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

A good place for real Mexican food, cooked by real Mexicans, e.g. mole etc. Reasonably priced.

New addiction. Absolutely amazing. Everything on the menu is delicious. Doesn't look like much passing by but this hole in the wall restaurant is so good and the service is quick! I don't often take the time to write reviews but I felt like the world needed to know this is the place to go!
