What a hidden gem !This little Mexican Restaurant is located inside of the El Agave Market Store. There are about 6 tables and the space is decorated really nice !We were cheerfully greeted and presented menus and we just wanted to grab something basic and quick, we ordered the chips and salsa along with the 4 taco plate. Our server took time to explain everything, explained the various meat selections and so forth. Our food came out hot and extremely fresh and very nicely presented ... The assortment of tacos were awesome ! Fresh and Full of Flavor and in true Mexican fashion. Could not have asked for better !You gained 2 new customers and we look forward to dining again and trying different plates. The small store is really neat, they offer such a variety of Mexican foods, breads, candies, drinks, really nice western boots, hats, and the list goes on !Staff are very friendly and helpful !!If your in the area, stop in and enjoy some food, you will not be disappointed Highly Recommend

This place has strong reviews. This small authentic. Place has some really great food. I was impressed with the portion size. And the flavor of my entire meal. The dining area seats very few. The menu held its own with selection of different offerings. I like family owned small places. This place today put the shame to local chains. I recommend this place on being authenic flavor

There is a restaurant in the back of the market with about 6 tables so it's a tight squeeze, but it is fantastic. Portions are very large and the flavors were great. Our group had the nachos (topped with everything - cheese, beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, sour cream, etc. and you can pick your meat), the chimichanga, and fajitas. All of the dishes were impressive. We came in on a Friday night and all tables were full, along with many people coming in to pick up takeout - but service was still speedy! As a heads up, they offer bottled water and other bottled drinks (no cups of water or iced tea).

Just go here. These are the best tacos I have ever had. I had the chicken tacos. The presentation was beautiful, in addition. I literally ate these in my car and went inside and ordered eight more tacos to take home so we would have them over the next few days. I wish we lived closer. I would probably eat here any time I could. There is magic going on in the kitchen. There is also a very awesome market with Mexican grocery items for sale. Fantastic. Este lugar es asombroso!!

Enjoyed el agave for the first time and it was EXCELLENT! It was very authentic and the red and green sauce were both very flavorful. The chicken enchiladas were fantastic. A huge portion for a great price. My husband also enjoyed the trio of tacos. I've had my fair share of rice and beans and these were also very tasty sides in addition. I do wish they ran some more taco specials. I look forward to coming back and trying a burrito!

A good friend recently moved to Hanover and suggested we try this place. I'm so glad he suggested it!It's in the back of a Mini Latin Market which has all sorts of confections and wares one might expect: Why yes, they do have laundry soap and holy candles one aisle over from Mexican candies, why do you ask?We sprung for a few of the sopes and tacos to try some of the different fillings. The al pastor, lengua, adobado, and pollo did not disappoint. Everything was on point and I would gladly get any of them again. Definitely authentic, they even offer huarache, which I rarely see at Mexican joints outside of Mexico.I feel it is important to impress upon you just how amazing their horchata is. First off, they don't serve it in a glass. No, no, they serve it in a big quart to-go container with a little hole popped in the lid for your straw. You don't need fancy when it's this good. It's sweet, and I don't usually go for super-sweet, but that's what you're gonna get with horchata and I didn't mind. It's sweet, starchy, and loaded with vanilla. So happy we got them. Our waitress was super friendly and got our food out to us quickly. Prices were reasonable. I would come back again!

This is located in the rear of the grocery store . Food was awesome and salsas were so rich in flavor . The small grocery store had a little of everything but I was able to find some Mexican candy , that I hadn't found in a long time . Not busy but should be !!
