Einstein Bros. Bagels

I had an absolutely delicious bagel sandwich with bacon egg and cheese. The restaurant is spotless and the counter person who assisted me was funny and nice. Will definitely be back, very good experience

Yes, it's airport food, but Einstein Bros. serves the same food here as everywhere else. I had some kind of cheesy chicken veggie sandwich on a toasted sesame bagel, and it was stuffed and well-made and delicious. Servers were friendly and quick, and i was able to relax with my tasty hot meal at my gate nearby on Concourse C.

Smooth experience with no hitches as I caught them just before boarding in Concourse C. Sausage, egg & cheese on plain was good. Grabbed an OJ too! Staff was friendly and efficient. I would return. 3.5 seems to fit them perfectly.

Sandwich was good. I got a bagel and lox. I get; it's an airport location and customer service was kind of dry. the way the tip option was set up on the register with no option to say no tip was so not appealing. It made me feel like if I didn't set my own tip ;that any amount could be set once I'm gone from the counter. I would have tipped anyway but there should be an option on the customer screen to choose no tip. I would have rated higher but that whole tip thing is unsettling to me

It's a counter in the airport - not a whole lot of ambiance. The service I experienced was really friendly and efficient and the prices were completely fair for an airport experience. I found the bagel and cream cheese to be every bit as good as (perhaps better than) any Einstein Bros. Bagel experience I've had anywhere - not going to ever be my favorite bagels on earth, but it's great when an airport outlet can do us so right, so fast for such a reasonable price. I'll for-sure head back next time we come through BWI.

I'd not recommend to a friend. Details matter. As a person who has a good amount of experience with airport Einstein Brothers, this is the least best I have ever had.Airports run on coffee. This coffee will give you the runs or an upset tummy. It was burnt and old. The beauty of a bagel sandwich in an airport, is the one handedness of it all. Except here. A non cut sandwich with all the things is a horrid choice. Cut the damn sandwich

My attempt to order items at this location was met with a "We can only take cash right now" and of course I didn't have any cash.It's 2024 though. No vendor at the airport should have such issues.

A Plane BagelWe had a super early flight at BWI and were looking to fill our gullets, and this was the only option that looked decent in Terminal C.The Good:*Service was fine, which is exceptional for "Charm City." The young lady behind the counter was friendly enough and all business, which at 5 a.m. I'm more than ok with. I can barely stand pleasantries when I'm my normal charming self, let alone when I'm tired, hungry, and caffeine-deprived.*Bagel sandwiches were very not bad; bagel was toasty and warm and the rest of the toppings were at the appropriate temp. Just not the highest quality ingredients but it's not the worst thing I've had at an airport. The Meh:*Their Chai Latte is awful. Just insipidly sweet, very little chai flavor, and it had a really weird aftertaste. The Ugly:*Unfortunately/fortunately, we were there 20 minutes before they opened, and so I got hopped first in line. And it's a good thing I did because not too long after the queue behind me started to grow--and it continued to grow well after I was gone. TLDR: It's no McDonald's breakfast, but it'll do in a pinch.

Sadly, this Einstein is the pinnacle of incompetence. There are few options on Concourse C so they can get away with abysmally slow service served with a side of go-to-hell attitude. It's bagels and schmears, not haute cuisine. If your flight is boarding within 30 minutes of when you ordered, there's a 90% chance you'll miss your flight or leave without your food.

They didn't have a lot of stuff and the customer service sucked. The lady was rude. The food was good though, but customer service goes a long way.
