I ordered from UE late on a Thursday night because they lured me in with a promo. After 40 some minutes, UE canceled my order. I called Eastern Carryout immediately and the lady said they had my order and offered to bring it if I just paid by phone. She said the order had been ready for a long time and UE canceled because no driver was available and now they were closed. A short time later, she was at my door delivering the food personally, at the end of what I'm sure was a long work day in her restaurant. Whole fried wings live happily in my heart. Customer service directly from the restaurant is way better than what you get from UE or anything like that.

Your average carry out. Food tastes good and the portions were larger than we expected. Place looks a bit run down. We ordered online and paid when we picked up. No issues, would order again.

It is my preferred take out Chinese place, reason is because the food is good. I do feel like COVID is reflecting in their prices. Things that I love is their shrimp fried rice, I used to love their chicken wings before but now they are smaller and seems to cost more (not worth the buying), All the meats have been good.

I try to give local restaurants a chance but the menu is not accurate. I ordered Chicken pad thai and received something close to a Chicken Chow Fun in its place. There was no noticeable peanuts, peanut sauce, fish sauce or any fresh elements in the dish. The menu stated spicy and there was barely a hint of spice. The two different lo meins were decent. The General Tso's Chicken was decent but the beef with orange flavor looked identical. Which brings me to the containers. None were labelled and the Chicken pad thai container was ripped on the side and dripped into the bag.

Possibly the worst thing I put in my body. Half of the food isn't edible, and the soda is watered down. Was very rude when I asked for a napkin after I threw up the chicken lo mein. Never coming here again. Only recommending my worst enemy to come here.

I put in the note section for the fried rice just egg and onion. My phone rang but came up Annapolis and spam I didn't answer it. When I heard the voice mail I called back. The guy said egg is 3.18 I said ok don't put egg in it than. He said to late you didn't answer your phone. I said but most p,aces put fried egg in rice if you don't ok don't put egg I. It than. He said to late you didn't answer your phone. I said ok I already paid for my phone I'll give you cash. He said already charged your card. I said that's against the law without asking. He said I'll put it back on card. I said just leave it and bring my food. He was very rude! The first time I ordered the food was great and the person who delivered was very sweet. They need to have manners and not talk to fast on the phone. And to pay 3.18 for egg to be in my rice u could buy two dozen my self for half the price.

This is our go to Chinese carry out. It's reasonably priced and very quick. The food is good, pretty much your standard Chinese/American quality. I like the beef and broccoli my wife likes to get the sweet and sour chicken. I would stay away from the Tai dishes and stick to the Chinese ones. Also the homeade sweet tea is awesome.

Our carry out order consisted of soup, which was not closed properly. As a result, the soup spilled out onto the rest of the food and into the bag. The food was ruined. The owner of Eastern on Mountain Rd in Glen Burnie refused to replace the order and threatened to tell all surrounding Chinese Restaurants not to serve us. This location does not understand the definition of customer service.
