Dunkin Donuts

It's a new location. I was the second car in line and waited ten minutes. There's training going on. There are no trash cans outside. They are very polite.The toasted mocha is like mud. Too rich. I threw most of it away.

Nope. Came here to grab a quick drink on my lunch break and that was a mistake. You know how you convince yourself to do something you shouldn't. I'm going to make sure I stick to my guns and do not r next time. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and the first sip tasted disgusting. Something was bad. I don't know if it was the matcha or the oat milk but it was nasty. I decided to take another sip just to see if maybe it was me because I had just ate lunch. Nope. Still disgusting. I turned right around and got in the Drive-Thru line which now was about six cars long so that meant I had to go inside. I went inside and waited for them to figure out how to refund my money back. They offered to make it again and I said no thank you I don't want anything with bad milk.A waste of my lunch break and my time. They offered to make another one but why would I want another drink with spoiled milk? I didn't get a sorry or anything. No customer service skills and I won't be back. I don't care how close it is to my job

I love Dunkin' Donuts, but unfortunately every time I come to this location, the drive thru takes so long. It always takes 20-30 min to get through the drive thru, even when there isn't that many cars there and no customers inside. I recommend going inside or to a different location unless you like waiting a long time. Eventually I got my food and drink, I had tried the new cookie butter cold brew coffee, which was really tasty, especially if you like coffee drinks on the sweeter side.

They got rid of mobile ordering. Until it's back I won't be ordering from them. I hope they get it back soon, the location is great

2 sandwiches were over toasted and inedible they were so tough. My coffee was lukewarm which I'd think is hard to do bc the pots are kept hot? I was worried I'd get sick so we threw everything out.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts I ever been to. They never have fresh doughnuts. The doughnuts looks a few days old every time I come by break time. It take a long time for anyone to take your order inside. I wanted to give them a chance because I love DD but not this location. Don't waste your time and hard earned money at this location. Absolutely terrible service.

Hi, My husband and I happened to be in the area and decided on a light brunch. Stopped in and I was amazed of the friendly service, the best variety of donuts and drinks we ever experienced in Maryland. Truely the best. Go people. You will want to go back as well. Also, very clean and they don't mop the floor when there is an elderly with you like some do. Satisifed Customers, Mrs. and Mr. Oliver

Came in this afternoon to order coffee. I waited five minutes (with no ne in front of me) without even a hello, welcoming me or "we see you and will be right with you." This after making direct eye contact with several team members. Finally a young man with tattoos spoke and asked me to go to the other register to be served (he seems to be trying to elicit a response to the those covering the register as he had a headset on). I continued to wait to no avail despite now being right accross from the staff who failed to speak from the start. I left. I do not feel the need to give any money to any business if they do not have the common courtesy (and sense) to greet their customers.
