I had to take this photo thought it was incredibly beautiful this dad brought his son to edge to sit and look at stars.
The views impeccable! Must see sunsets!

Tough to spot the little sign, but the locals all know where to find Duke's Tavern.

Duke's Tavern (from the water) looks like a private home, but don't let looks deceive you!
What would a Bawlmer dive bar be without a pool table?

What a friendly neighborhood bar on the waterfront. I visited on a lovely Saturday evening in the hopes of enjoying some outdoor vibes - and they did not disappoint. This is a no frills bar with simple offerings and simple decor/furnishings. There is a U shaped bar in the front, served by a single bartender, with 15-20 bar stools around it - plenty of seating options at the bar. Throughout the rest of the space are low top tables to sit 4-6 people. There's also a pool table in the middle of the indoor space which was being used throughout most of the night. The real draw is the outdoor scene - Duke's sits right on beautiful dock on the water. They have several picnic tables and outdoor chairs set up for guests to relax in. All the seats face the water, giving a great view of the water and beach area. Definitely plan your trip around sunset, the views in the evening are priceless. The drinks are solid, low prices for the standard can and bottle options. We got a couple of rails - they were exactly what we expected.I do wish they had some food options or a small menu; they only had bags of chips to offer for a few bucks each. Fortunately, we had eaten earlier in the evening so we weren't too hungry, but we would've been in a tough spot if we were counting on a meal.Got to enjoy a nice dive bar find - highly recommend visiting for the view!

I just went on Tuesday, My first time since COVID. It is definitely a local spot and Jen was friendly and great bartender. In a time when inflation is at its highest, I can appreciate getting quality drinks at an affordable price. I will say that it's $15 minimum to use a card. Still have pool tables, clean and friendly, ample parking (providing Rams head overflow isn't in affect.) A mature crowd and with a nice vibe. I appreciate that I could sit on their lawn and enjoy the stars thanks to no excessive lighting by the water. You can actually enjoy sunsets and star gazing. Added new photos.

First time here and boy was I missing out. I ordered my drinks from a bartender name "Jen"- who ultimately was one of the coolest people I've met in Maryland. She ended up settling a bet for me against my wife- she thought Cal Ripken Jr. never won the World Series- We all know he did in 83- ended winning the bet of $100 and ended up giving it to Jen. Go here if you want good times and great people. Love it!!

Went here on our annual Christmas Crawl. Everyone was super friendly and even bought a few of us drinks. Great location with a down home ambiance. Level pool tables and ample seating. Apple jack sure was tasty and the beer is ice cold. Shout out to Pickle! Cheers!!

What a helluva place! Friendly crew with Pickle here as MC. Great restrooms. Phenomenal prices. Level tables, straight cues, great music, and the apple jack is off the hook.

Duke's Tavern in Glen Burnie (next door to Ramshead Dockside), is a quintessential classic blue collar Balmer dive bar right on the water, where the beer is cold, the pool tables are level, and the locals are always tipsy & friendly. It even has its own dock on the water for arriving by boat.

Upon arrival it looked sketchy because it was really dark around the place. My friend said it looks sketchy when we arrived , my friend said its probably going to be whole bunch of rednecks in there , but when we walked in the customers(locals) and the people working there were actually nice they spoke to us and try to have a conversation and asked if we was from this area, well I'm not lol. They don't serve food here but the bartender told me that the next door has food . So next door it is' ! Lol This place has only drinks , chips and pizza and pool tables. This place is small to . We left because they didn't serve food and the local said awww you guys leaving already. Despite our race I was relieved it wasn't an awkward silence or moment when we walked in because we wasn't from the area . It's good to know friendly people exists . Because I'm friendly

Absolutely the most rude policies and place. My 64 year old uncle didn't have his ID and wouldn't let him in. Additionally they scanned my ID.... not a big fan of that either. Go to Rams or JJs or Beach Bar.... really anywhere.
