Dockside Resturant & Sports Bar

My friend took introduced me to this restaurant on August 18. I've been meaning to write this review ever since. I recommend the place, especially if you get Brooke as your waitress.Nice, casual ambiance. We ate lunch on the patio with a great view of the marina.Brooke was an excellent waitress which made the meal all that much more enjoyable. She was pleasant, attentive, and helpfully suggested a dish off the menu when asked for her recommendations.Specifically, she recommended that their chef combine the cream of crab and Maryland crab soups for me. I loved it so much that I ordered a second serving thus making it the bulk of my meal. I also had fried oysters. They were just the way I like them with crispy batter covering each plump, juicy oyster.

13 of us were bar hopping for a girlfriend's birthday on a Sunday. When it came down to where we were going to eat, the 12 of them who were from the area all agreed 100% Dockside. They were not wrong with the pick. the food was delicious! 3 of us shared teriyaki wings, fried pickles, crab dip, white pizza, and a chicken wrap with a side of onion rings. Yes, we were hungry and trying to soak up the alcohol. Crab dip was the star, so delicious! I loved the white pizza. Fried pickles and onion rings were perfect and yummy. I did not taste the wings nor chicken wrap, but my girlfriend's loved them both. The service was great! The bartender did not miss a beat with 12 women and 1 man, rowdy and demanding. She was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful Restaurant on the water. There is a lot of seating. The bathroom and bar area was sparkling clean!

We had a great meal here after a relaxing day in North Beach. We were greeted and seated promptly. Meal was crab dip, crab soup, crab cake, and fried shrimp platter. Everything was delicious and fresh! A great option for seafood on the shore!

Cream of crab soup was great. Had a little kick at the end like I like. Needed to be a bit hotter but overall the food was great. Fried shrimp fresh and hot, others had the crabcakes and oh my got plenty of crab in them and huge pieces. Small town place on the water and we will definitely return.

Food was very good. We had a lot of fun sitting outside. The fish sandwich was so good. We took one to go. The hamburger was OK. Salad with honey mustard was very good. Drinks were reasonable as well.

Good food, great view and small town feel. I have lived in this area for years and have been eating at this establishment through the many transformations. The Sunday brunch/breakfast is amazing. The seafood Benedict is the best I have ever had and I am a Benedict fanatic! Nothing better than sitting outside on the water enjoying some great food and most of the time on the weekends they have live music. The filet Neptune for dinner is also really great! Always good drinks and fresh crushes available.

Almost 5 stars but when a server ran outside to bar area and yelling and saying F word we were shocked it was totally uncalled for! If she needed help inside she could of walked up to the other server and said to come inside! Our server was young girl and very sweet but she definitely was overwhelmed but we tipped her good she did everything we asked for! Not her fault place was short handed! She was nice and did her job! We had drinks and a Flat bread veggie pizza! It was delicious! Orange crush was very good too! We would go back and place was very clean too! So someone is doing there job not cussing bout it! Lol they had nice Menu too! I be back but probably in summer! Hopefully more help then!

Second time visiting here. I came to eat lunch here after a charter. Service and food quality was much better than previously. I also learned that fish caught on charters can be prepared by restaurant and served to you upon request. That is pretty cool.Bon Apetit.

Very tasty haddock basket w/ fries. Their cob salad was fresh & plentiful. The waitress we had was very attentive & brought our food to us as soon as it was available from the cook. Sitting outside with a breeze & sun just looking out onto the dock/boats/gulls all made it a great day.

We always get a good meal at Dockside. Service is friendly and crushes are always good. Love the daily specials.
