First, let me start off by saying that I am not the biggest fan of wood-fired pizza, so a four-star rating lets you know that this pizzeria makes a pretty good pie! I visited the Dizzy Cow today on my lunch break. This was my second time having their pizza and I swear every time I order, I am on a diet. Good thing they have menu items that are a bit healthier. During both visits, I ordered the Frenchmen which includes mozzarella, brie cheese, figs, and a honey drizzled on top. Now, going back to my first point, I typically don't like wood-fired pizza because from past experience, the dough on the bottom has a burnt taste. While the Frenchman still had the wood-fired flavor, thankfully it was missing the burnt taste. All in all, the pizza is very tasty and I definitely wouldn't mind giving other menu items a try one day. The service was also very fast and friendly, which is important during a short lunch break!

My apartment schedule this food truck to set up outside of my complex. It was very convenient to grab dinner for the night so I stopped by and grabbed a pizza I ordered the green thumb minus the cheese/dairy. The pizza was wood oven baked. The service was great and timely. I loved that I could just walk outside my apartment and grab dinner. I do suggest that they have a vegan cheese alternative. I added cashew cheese once I got back to my apartment. Overall the pizza was delicious.

I caught this food truck at Pariah brewery in Baltimore. I'd never seen it before, but my friend who I was with had had their pizza and was excited about it. It was a tough choice on what to order, but I went with the Frenchman. This had brie, dogs, honey, and mozzarella. I have to say, it was kind of bland to me? I love brie and the figs were good with it, but it was just missing something - it tastes like cheesey bread to me. Which don't get me wrong, I love cheesey bread! But as a pizza it was kind of dry. Maybe it's the lack of sauce. My friend loved it so it may just be me.The guy who took our order was super nice, and they even brought our pizzas inside for us since it wasn't too busy. That is unusual for a food truck so they definitely earned my respect there. It also didn't take too long with again, is rare for a food truck.I personally would not get the Frenchman again, but I'd love to try their pizzas with red sauce so I hope to see them again.

We ordered two pizzas tonight and they were delicious.Light and crispy but with a decent amount of toppings and cheese. Two very friendly gentlemen gave me excellent service and they grateful for my order. All around good vibes and a wonderful first time experience with Dizzy Cow. Warning- there was some char markings as the pizzas are cooked over wood fire. We loved it but some are not fans. Honestly, both pies were perfection. Thank you !!

We were looking to hire a pizza truck for our small wedding. We reached out first to Dizzy Cow. Their response was very impersonal and it took 9 days to get a response to our inquiry. Ironically, when delivering the estimate, rather than showing their enthusiasm for talking more, or selling what they would add to our event their only message was "this message expires in one week" explaining that if we didn't book within the time, the price would go up. Strong flex considering their response time was horrible in comparison to every single one of their competitors. But, we were hopeful that their lack of enthusiasm for their product and poor response time would be unimportant when we tried their pizza. Wrong. We tried two pizzas at Pherm this weekend in crofton. They were not very friendly, and my pizza was awful. I mean, terrible. Burned on the bottom and visibly on the top. My partner's pizza was bland and mediocre at best.We love pizza. I would have hired any of the competition for our big day based on their pizza and service. However, I will never return to Dizzy Cow again. Icing on the cake. They were scheduled to serve pizza at my fiancés job today, and canceled the day of. All signs point to no thanks Dizzy Cow.If you're looking for fantastic pizza and a LOVELY, enthusiastic experience, call Love Crust Pizza instead. They are so clearly thrilled to be working with their customers, and proud of their product. The difference in attitude will leave you hungry...for pizza. That isn't burned. Somewhere else.

I typically see Dizzy Cow at a few of the breweries I frequent (Sapwood, Hysteria, etc.). The pizza is wood fired and ready in a decent amount of time. The menu is small, but concise (one cheese, one meat based, one veggie based, and a special). You can also create your own. The pizza is decent, but I prefer a competitor wood fired truck-- Brick n Fire. They also serve on paper plates, whereas their competitor uses boxes. Overall, I enjoyed my Green Thumb and Good Times pizzas. I'd eat again if given the choice!

Dizzy Cow has been coming to our church every Tuesday for Food Truck Tuesday. Most of the food trucks rotate, every other Tuesday. When the schedule is posted, I check to see if Dizzy Cow will be there. My decision on whether to attend is if it's Dizzy Cow's week.I love Dizzy Cow pizza! Old Faithful, cheese, sauce and crust are delicious. Crust is cooked perfectly, so much yummy cheese...just yum! Another good one is The Frenchman, honey, cheese and figs. Sounds strange but it's so delicious. It's their most popular pizza.Dizzy Cow employees are always so friendly. Our church has a lot of members, I call it a mini mega church. Plus people from surrounding communities come on Tuesday for the trucks. You'll always receive a smile, even if it's 90 degrees in the middle of summer and they are in a steaming hot truck with a pizza oven. There's only a few Food Truck Tuesday's left this year, I'm already looking forward for next year and my Tuesday Old Faithful!

Stumbled across this truck while out in Towson. We ordered a build your own pizza which was a sausage and bacon pizza. The pizza was so delicious, they did not skimp on the toppings. I wish I ordered my own instead of just trying out a slice from my son's pie. We will definitely be locating the truck and purchasing another pie.

The best pizza in town! When I see them local (even not so local) I will travel up to 45" to get that Frenchman pizza!!I just wish their Locations feature on the website worked better and up-to-date. Half the time the dates don't show on phone and nothing shows on desktop.
