Consistently oh so good. The staff are always friendly, we LOVE the pretzels. Don't sleep on the goulash, it's really good.

Went here on a Friday night for a friend's birthday party and it was packed! I see this is the place to be on a Friday night in Bel Air. The parking out front is pretty large so you shouldn't have to worry too much but again it does get pretty full. My friend and I ordered a crab dip pretzel and a knockwurst with fries. The crab dip portion was amazing but it just ended up making the pretzel taste soggy which after a few bites was less than pleasant. The knockwurst was just okay. The description said it had spices and garlic to it but honestly I tasted none of that.... At least the fries were crispy and warm which I enjoyed. There's an extensive drink menu especially if you love beers and ciders. My friend ordered an egg custard crush (which there has to be at least 30 different flavors) and liked it. The service was also not the best to be honest but with grace since the place was packed. Not necessarily somewhere I would feel comfortable going to again but great for people who live in that area.

GET A FREAKING PRETZEL!!! This is our go to for a laid back lunch or dinner. They always have a great selection of beers on tap and in cans and they make yummy crushes! The staff is super friendly and they share tables so you get checked on a lot. There is always something fun going on there!

We tried this restaurant in Bel Air with the German Cuisine and it was great. We had the sauerkraut and pretzel bites appetizers. Super ! Then the stuffed cabbage with four different side. Really well prepared and delicious. Service was very good and the atmosphere is very warm and welcome. If you like the German cuisine , try this place for sure.

I had a great experience here! The staff was attentive, it didn't take long to be served, it wasn't too loud. It was a nice place, you can sit inside, by the bar, or on the rooftop. They have plenty of beer options, and they have 32oz cruses, margaritas and mimosas with so many flavors. I was impressed. They have traditional German food here, and I love Jager schnitzel, which is what I got. Also the best red cabbage I've ever had. That was 10/10. The cucumber salad was also very good. The only thing I was not crazy about was, I tried my boyfriends French fries, they weren't up to par, but that's okay. I was not there for the French fries. I will be returning!

I've been here several times and have always enjoyed my vuaut there.. Except this time...We arrived for dinner and were promptly seated, in a small dark corner next to a window. When I say dark corner, I mean u had to turn on the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. Also, there was cold air blowing through the old window. All of our went cold quickly and the nachos we ordered were absolutely over dressed. Not good eats at all. I was sorely disappointed in tonight's meal.

Meh. While visiting family, we stopped here on a Sunday for lunch and drinks. While service was slow, the waitress was friendly and got the orders right. They have a great beer selection. The food was OK but the sauerkraut balls were still frozen in the middle. Maybe we caught them on an off day but I wasn't impressed.

I'be been meaning to check out this place since it has replaced Black eyed Suzies and finally went there on a Monday around 4:30 with some work people. We did make a reservation ahead of time so there was no issues/wait getting seatedThe staff was very friendly, and attentive. Since it was a Monday night, the place wasn't too busy and I'm sure that had a lot to do on the vibe of the place, hence I did not feel a warm or lively atmosphere. We had 6 people so we tried a few apps. We tried the pick 3 bratwurst, beef, pork and veal. The sausages were decent, nothing mind blowing. We also tried loaded nachos- which was also average because they had queso and unmelted shredded cheese on top, which was not the best choice of ingredients. Sweet potato fries had mint sugar dipped and probably is better as a dessert than an appetizer because they are very sweet. I have tried char grilled liver in the past, and wanted to be adventurous so I ordered the liver wurst. I definitely had to stop eating it after one bite because the flavor of the liver and sauerkraut on rye bread did not go well. My coworker on the other hand ordered the stuffed cabbage and was very pleased with it, I tried a bite and actually was very tasty. In addition, we were seated at a high top table and the table does not have a railing to rest your legs, plus the chair do not have any back support so seating was very uncomfortable, especially for anyone with back issues, won't be able to sit there for too long. I would probably give this place another chance and order other things on the menu before I write it off but I wasn't too impressed with my first visit.

Wow, great German food and beer at great prices despite the rampant inflation. Arrive hungry and thirsty because you'll be imbibing and eating uncontrollably. Absolutely try out the sweet potato fries, pretty much every sausage is worth trying and while I've not tried the pretzels (will try next time), you can tell it's a must order. Do not come alone, and be prepared to yell at your friends to have a decent conversation. The place is lively, service is fast and detailed, and you won't break the bank stuffing yourself here for sure.
