The husband and I were craving some good Chinese food and came across all the good reviews for this place. It didn't disappoint! We split the dumplings and each got the General Tso's chicken. They both had good flavor and texture. Our only complaint was that we ordered medium heat and it didn't have any spice at all. Delivery was prompt and we were overall very satisfied. We'll be ordering from here again.

After trying other places, this one is meh. The delivery time is still accurate, but the food just doesn't taste as good from here. The best part about them is that they're open later than most and you can order take out from Yelp/ eat24. I recommend Little Palace as an alternative to this.

This is our go to for Chinese food for the last 10 years. Last week we placed our usual order and I ended up with food poisoning. We think it was the dumplings since I am the only one who ate them and the only one who got sick. Delivery is usually right on time or early. We like the combinations since they come with rice and a spring roll. Going to quite sometime before I can eat here again though. I was up all night deathly ill. Don't order the pork dumplings!

Terrible. The bourbon chicken was hard and didn't taste ANYTHING like real bourbon chicken, and the steamed vegetables were sitting in a huge puddle of water in the bowl. We are a few bites and threw the rest out. Totally gross and a waste of $30. Never again.

Long time customer who orders at least 3x a month, sometimes twice a week. I spent a lot of money there. We are a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The food is always fresh and tasty. The girl who answers the phone has always been nice to us. Around the holidays we had a large order. I made sure she heard me say "chicken nuggets" for our very picky 4yo. The reason I double checked is they were missing them in a previous order. She told me I didn't order them. I figured she was probably right and it slipped my mind. So this time I i double checked. She read my order back and yes, she said chicken nuggets. Satisfied, I went about getting ready. Food comes, no nuggets At this point I call back confused. Before I could even say what's wrong she saidd "but you didn't no order nuggets"". I kept calm and explain that I double checked. She's was furious and raising her voice and taking over me. I then told her that she is losing a customer over 5 dollars. I'm not even sure she heard me, but I'm positive she didn't care. We haven't ordered since. Years ago there was a lady named Mae. Oh how I miss her. She would occasionally call and say "why you no order!?" Loved her. She was checking to see if we were ok, not demanding we order. I don't expect excellent service from dai Kim, I do expect good food and not to be argued with over 5 chicken nuggets. Even if I was wrong, I wouldn't wantt to argue with a decade long loyal customer who never complained before. I'll miss the crab Rangoon, fried dumplings and the beef on stick.

Ordered delivery and the food arrived hot and the order was correct. Crispy large egg rolls. Got several dishes to share. Hunan Chicken was a large portion and the broccoli was not overcooked. Chicken was excellent. Not rubbery like so many other places. Steamed dumplings were awesome. Very filling.

I don't think they delivered shrimp egg rolls, rather spring egg rolls. The main course was horrible. Rubbery lobster, mushy & tasteless scallops. I tried something different from my regular order. Never again. It was my birthday treat to myself for my birthday. Not happy at all.

Worst chinese food I have had since moving to Pasadena 19 years ago. I used to love their food at Daikim. Today I ordered carry out beef & broccoli combo lunch -- includes fried rice and spring roll. First, spring roll was moderately crispy on outside but inside was soft and squishy -- gushy uncooked wrapper on the inside. No flavor. They used to have great food but no longer. The beef is old tasting and chewy. The broccoli is wayyyyyy over-cooked. Almost mushy. And there is little flavor for the meal. The sauce (very limited) is on the bottom of the carry-out container but not really on the beef or the broccoli.The fried rice has very little flavor and too many chopped onions. A few are nice but I've had to pick out about 1/4 cup of onions. Not too many peas and carrots (looks like they used frozen peas and carrots from the local grocery frozen section). I've poured soy sauce over the whole thing to get some flavor! Very disappointing and I'm going to put this restaurant on my "not any more" list. i'll have to try a different restaurant in the future.

STOP supporting these businesses that DON'T like the type of people who live in THAT community. I will NEVER step foot in here again! The woman who runs the front was so completely disrespectful. She would not listen to what I was trying to convey and tried to speak "down" to me. The man came out and was rude as well. This is also not my first time experiencing them as rude. However, this was the worst and it WILL be my last.
