Great cookies with a lively staff. If only I didn't like the cookies so much lol. Here, you order at the kiosk or with a person!

With unique flavors each week, Crumbl has something to offer to everyone! If you haven't had Crumbl before, definitely try it out at least once. Crumbl cookies are definitely on the more dense and cakeish side so it does feel a little heavy. I liked this Crumbl as there were various ways to order. You could order on their app, on the iPad in the store, or with a cashier. This day, I opted to try a chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty good but I would definitely try more unique flavors if you have the chance to be a near a Crumbl.

I've been to this Crumbl a couple of times, and I'm always happy with my cookies! They do a beautiful jon of decorating them. There are 2 kiosks for you to order, and every time I've been there to order, the moment I'm finished at the kiosk, they pretty much immediately call my name. If it seems crowded in the store, just know they move super fast. You won't be waiting long whatsoever. They're always super nice too! Plenty of parking in the lot. It's close to the mall and the AMC. You can always zip by for a quick after movie treat, our go to move!

Alright so I'm behind on the Crumbl location rollout. I had no idea we had TWO!!A perk to Crumbl is their weekly flavors changing. That keep things fresh and fun. Their staple chocolate chip is always on the menu. I was able o try their pumpkin chip cookie and it was wonderful. The cookie size is definitely shareable (or keep for yourself!), but it's possible.MY second time in was to pickup a catering order or small cookies. The box was huge and the presentation was nice. The cookies are on a raised insert within the box. The box top folds back. You aren't just opened the box, the company name displays, which is a nice touch. The cookies received very positive reviews. I would suggest trying out their catering option, or pickup a cookie for yourself!

Tasteless Strawberry Milk , Nasty Salted Caramel Cheesecake , Cake Batter was way too sweet, Chocolate Chip was just regular, All in all nothing special about this OVER PRICED cookie shop. This guy does not recommended this establishment

I have been waiting for them to open so I could go try these cookies.When you walk in all the staff greets you. There is music playing. It seems like everyone is enjoying themselves you can order on a tablet which made things smooth even though it was busyWe got the six pack we had 2 macadamia, 2 chocolate chip 1 s'mores and 1 peanut butter. The cookies were soft however by the time we got home they weren't warm anymore. These cookies are so thick and a little doughy. But they weren't bad. They tasted pretty good. We each tried a piece of every cookie and we were full. I wouldn't suggest eating a whole one in one sitting lol. All in all I'd come back. Out of the ones we got macadamia was my favorite and s'mores was my least favorite

Always fresh amazing cookies, always changing flavors so they don't ever get old!!I always look forward to stopping for a cookie while in out running "errands"

Yum! You order electronically inside or ahead on their app. There was a big of await but worth it. I would order in advance next time, We had 4 cookies and they each tasted really good. Cookies and cream, salted Carmel (my fav!) and regular chocolate chip cookies

Nasty cookie like they are raw it's always so busy in there so they have to rush all the time

I'm sorry, but this is the slowest and worst location Crumbl has in Maryland. The cookies are never ready on time and the service is just abysmal. It's just a bunch of teenagers who look unhappy to be there, and even unhappier to help you. They won't even acknowledge you when you enter the store. Try to visit any other location if at all possible.
