Crumbl - Owings Mills

Today, my online order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The shortest wait time by far, I was fine listening to the music while I waited. Then, I looked around the store.What I saw today was not appealing. From a dead fly to smears of what looked like chocolate on the tile and cobwebs in the corner, it's evident this location needs to take time to clean. Because my online order was ready pretty quickly, I left; however, this experience is just what I need to stop my Crumbl visits.

I've visited this location many times! Always pleasant, it's received my cookies much faster the last time I came. It's usually busy, but they move quickly! Always clean and they do greet you upon arrival.

Best cookies ever!! Have recently been loving the minis. They are delicious! Can't wait to go back soon for different flavors. Quick service, too! Makes getting a cookie perfect any day or time of the week.

I'm a fan of Crumbl although I usually lean towards the chocolate options. This location is pretty consistent. I usually place an order on their app for pick-up. Service is usually good and my order is typically ready when I get there or just a few minutes after. This is just carry-out, no where to sit down but they do have screens where you can also place your order inside.

My first non-shrektastic experience. We have Crumbl cookie here in Far Far Away. However, after tonight, I'm considering kicking them out of the kingdom. On the inside, there were at least 4 lantern flys (which are almost as pesky as the bugs inside my swamp). I've seen outhouses cleaner than this. Even the three blind mice wouldn't want to nibble on the droppings. If you were to ask Pinocchio if this place was clean, and he said yes, his nose would grow 10 times the size. I've had better, and expect better from Crumbl in the future. Or else they're out of Far Far Away.

These cookies are so good. Big cookies with big taste. We usually try a 4 pack when we come here. Whatever the flavors are at the time we pick the best 4 that we think we'll like. Not all of them are what we'd want to eat again but for the most part they are. Worth a visit if you've never tried them. We will be coming back. Till next time.....

My favorite cookie here is the chocolate chip cookie. It is huge and has the perfect amount of chocolate to it. It is huge so it usually takes me a few days to eat all of it. I like that it stays pretty fresh and is good even when reheated (or even frozen sting without reheating). It melts.

The best cookies in the world! I will pay any price to eat these cookies The people there are always nice I would love to get a job there and make crumble cookies everyday! Whoever invented crumble cookies is a genius!!
